✈︎𝑀𝑦 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑡𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑠✈︎

The world has changed so much, i live in the year 2100, rich people have taken over and is middle class and low class people live in the dumps, every big building in Korea is abandoned and falling apart, everything is falling apart, we barely have any food to eat. We just survive. My only family is my sister. We have been traveling place to place. No home to stay in. The rich people live in a bubble. As I call it at least, the bubble is in the middle of the sky but only rich people are allowed in and outside the bubble war was going on. Fighting everyday and people killing just to survive. They don't care about us or what we go through. That's all going to change. mid evening I'm getting my sister pack to say with Ms.Lina. I wanted to find away to help the people like us. So I planned to sneak into the bubble.

Meg: how long will you be gone this time

Y/n: I don't know but I'll be back as soon as I can

Meg: you're always gone and fighting y/n

I looked at her and she had this sadness look on her face

Y/n: I'm fighting to give you a better life Meg

She sat there with her hand down hold a candy bar. The only food we have left.

Y/n: eat Meg

Meg: This is our last one, what about you what will you eat

I haven't ate in days but I needed her, I rather her not hungry.

Y/n: I will find something just please eat for me

She looks at me sadden but eats. I continue to pack her things. We can't leave anything here or it will be stolen. I hand her the backpack and we started to walk to Ms.Lina.

Y/n: Oh you can't forget this

I hand her batteries to her hearing aids

Meg: Thanks, though it's better not to hear some things.

I knock on Ms.Lina's door, she opens it and hugs us

Ms.Lina: GoodMorning y/n and Meg

Meg: good morning

Y/n: go ahead and settle in

She walked inside

Ms.Lina: so how long will you be gone this time y/n

Y/n: couple weeks maybe a month depends

she shook her head

Ms.Lina: Be safe please, this world isn't the same anymore

Y/n: I'll be safe

I gave her a hug and left.

I started on my Journey. I've been trying to find a way to get into the bubble for months, but the closer I get the more war I run into. The worse time to be out is night time and it was already getting dark. I found a store and damn near grabbed everything i could. As I was walking to find shelter I found a old mansion. It was either keep looking or take advantage. I hop the gate and went around the back picking the lock of the door. It was quiet and didn't seem like some one live there. I walked threw the halls looking in the rooms. I found a room with fire i knew that some was near then I hear a gun click. My hands go up, I hear a deep males voice. I put my hands up

Jay: why are in my house

I didn't know how to respond. Has this man not been outside? Does he not see the war going on.

Jay: answer

I slowly turned around

Y/n: I thought it was abandoned, it's not safe outside

He steps into the light a tall man, slick back black hair, covered in tattoos.

Jay: Leave

He started to walk close making me walk backwards.

Y/n: Please it's not safe outside

Not breaking his expression

Jay: you found a way in, find a way out

I started to get upset.

Y/n: Please it's not safe out, I need to get back home alive

He still had a hard expression.

Jay: I don't care

I was ready to beg for this shelter

Y/n: look

He walked towards me putting the gun down

Jay: No you look, you can't just come into my house thinking you run things

He's now face to face with me. He has a dark smell, like pine and ash.

Y/n: Please

he sighs and rubs his eyes

Jay: There is a room you can stay in it

he walks down the hall and shows me the room

Jay: There's a bathroom, be gone in the morning

I turn around to day something but he was gone. I closed the door of the room. The rain gotten louder and the thunder yelled like it was hungry. I went to the bathroom and washed up. Using the shower and cleaning up. We didn't have running water back at my home. I barely had a bed some nights. I get out and get dressed again. I sit on the bed and look threw my bag to make sure I have everything and wasn't lacking anything else. I got enough from the store to keep me satisfied for a few days. Then there was a knock on the door.

Y/n: Yes?

The door open and here is this man with a blow of soup.

Jay : Here's food if you like

he sat it down on the table next to the bed. Then he sat down on the chair. I grabbed the blow and started eating.

Jay: Name

I looked up at him. He was sitting there looking me dead It my eyes.

Y/n: Y/n

he looks at me like he's trying to read me.

Jay: Jay, nice to meet you

Y/n: I don't know if the meeting was nice

he chuckled. He sat up lighting a cigarette.

Y/n: So what did you do

He looks at me and smirked.

Jay: Before all this madness?

I shake my head yes in response.

Jay: I was a business man

I look in shock as his words

Y/n: Rich?

He looked at me a cocked his head to the side.

Jay: Yes, this is my mansion

I was now confused from his response.

Y/n: So why aren't you in the bubble?

He looked a little confused.

Jay: You mean the above?

Y/n: that's its name?

Jay: yeah, the new world as they say

Y/n: well I have plans for that

Jay: elaborate

Y/n: I'm going to find a way up there

Jay: trust me it's not all it's put up to be, I rather stay down here then deal with that again

He walked away making it seem like he didn't wanna talk about it anymore

Jay: you should get some sleep before the sun rises

Y/n: oh yeah

I give him the bowl, he takes it and stands in the doorway

Jay: where are you gonna go after you leave here

Y/n: to that bubble or "the above"

Jay: don't wanna do that

Y/n: they have the money right, I need them to fix what's happening down here

Jay: you're gonna get yourself killed

Y/n: it's worth it

Jay: it's not

Y/n: I'll take that risk

Jay: for what? Rich assholes who care nothing about you

Y/n: look I want my sister to live and not die at the hands of these dumb war outside

Jay: then move somewhere safe, survive

Y/n: you don't think I'm doing that?

Jay: your asking for a death wish

Y/n: why do you hate it so bad? Huh?

Jay: why are you so stubborn

Y/n: cause listening never got me anywhere
