Chapter 1

God, how are You in the cosmic expanse?

Where did You come from, O divine guide?

In the vastness of time, where do You abide?

God, are You a whisper in the gentle breeze?

Or a presence in the rustling trees?

Am I allowed to ask, in this dance divine?

Are You a thought inside my head?

Do You reside in the warmth of the sun?

Or are You the river where reflections run?

God, are You a mystery, concealed and grand?

In the shifting sands, where do You stand?

God, are You the echo in the canyon's call?

Or the silence within the waterfall?

Are You a listener in the midnight's hush?

Or the answer in the universe's cosmic brush?

Are You a traveler in the comet's flight?

Or the beacon in the darkest night?

Where do You stay in the cosmic sea?

God, are You the pulse in the beating heart?

Or the canvas where creation starts?

Am I allowed to ask, in this quest divine?

So, God, how are You in this endless quest?

Are You the answer to what I seek? here…
