Chapter 1 abandonment
**Akari**
I was only eleven when it happened. My mother and father got into an argument. That night my mother left without even saying goodbye, it hurt me for a few minutes then it enraged me by the fact she just up and left. "I never wanna see her face again" I muttered through my gritting teeth. I couldn't fall asleep that night I just waited until morning it felt like years.
"Good morning sister!" I heard my little sister Evelyn say with a smile, she had blue sparkles eyes like she always had in the morning before seeing dad she looked just like him but happier and kinder. She was eight years old at that time she didn't fully understand what happened. "Morning Evelyn" I said back to her with a fake smile, I didn't want to tell her mom left it didn't feel like the right time to. I headed down to the kitchen after I changed into a T-shirt and a pair of jeans. My twin brother Ezra was making breakfast.
"Smells good Ezra" I say with a energetic tone to be
honest I am hungry I haven't eaten in about a day.
"Oh thanks Akari" Ezra said with the warm welcoming smile he always has and his calm tone, He looked more like mom he had red hair ane green eyes that usually shined. "By the way I'm surprised mom isn't awake yet she's usually up by now energetically making breakfast" Ezra then added. I swallowed my saliva I didn't know how to tell him that mom just abandoned us. "Oh umm yeah I'm surprised to" I said in a nervous tone of voice "Maybe dad will know" I added. Our father sighed.
"Your mother left last night after our argument" our father then admitted. I wasn't sure how he said that so easily, maybe because he was expecting it I wasn't to sure though. It was also probably because he was drunk like always after him and mom have a fight It made me lose my appetite seeing him sit on the couch his blue eyes staring sleppily at the wall while he cursed at us about his argument with mom. That wasn't the case this time though he looked sad this time his blue eyes had no shine, they looked drupy and his brown hair looked oily and darker. I noticed Ezra had his hands balled up into fists and his hazel eyes looked full of fury his face was also a little red. "Did you threaten her she would never leave us without saying goodbye!" He yelled at my father this time his eyes had fury and pain mixed together her leaving us really hurt him our father shook his head.
"I didn't threaten her she just left" he then said that
made Ezra even more enraged. Evelyn on the other hand, looked sad about it but she didn't say anything as usual she didn't like being in any arguments. So she kept to herself during them even if she really wanted to say something. Ezra then stormed into our room and slammed the door shut he didn't speak to dad for a week after that. He got over it shortly though and accepted the fact mother left. I on the other hand still don't accept that it still makes me enraged thinking about mom. But everynight after that day there was always a red wolf outside my window I would talk to it I told my school counselor about it, but she just called me schizophrenic. Or call it a coping strategy because my mom left. I tried to convince her it was real it even talks to me, but she didn't change her mind. Its been three years after mom abandoned us, dad stil isn't over it. Everyday he going gambling and puts us in danger from it. He's also always drunk it still makes me lose my appetite looking at him while he's drunk. But today he came home late and told us...shocking news.
"Kids I sold you to a guy named Eros" our father said, that pissed me off
"You what!? Sold us to someone you just met!? How could you!" I yelled at him he said nothing he just looked at me in a
cold and threatening way.
"Don't argue with me and get your shit packed!" Our father said in an aggressive tone. Me and my two siblings got our stuff pack Evelyn was excited but me and Ezra were far from exited about being bought from someone we don't know. A minute later there was a knock on the trailer door our father opened it a guy came in
"Hello" He man said, His name is Eros. He has beautiful royal blue eyes, with dark brown, short messy hair. He almost looked like my father that I hated him for but he still looked stunning. I bit my lip I was stunned and didn't know what to say.
