"Kurai and Kage are hunting rabbits one day, and a rabbit runs into a portal! Kage runs in after the rabbit, but Kurai is more concerned about portals than Kage is and so Kurai goes and asks her Mom what to do. Mom says that the only way to save Kage is to follow her into portal, and so Kurai goes back and runs into the portal after Kage! Will Kurai and Kage make it back?, or will the portal close before they can return? And what exactly will happen while they’re away from home? I’ve read 2 chapters of this book so far, and it’s off to a great start! I highly recommend this book, and look forward to finding out what happens next!"
