Yep, that's me. Jaiden Parker. I was in my Moms Car with boxes all around me reason I have those is because we are moving again why because of my mom’s Job which you guessed it made us move first we lived in Virginia, then Maryland then Texas now New York aka the city that never sleeps you can imagine all the friends I had to say bye to but I have my phone so I can still text them.
Mom: Your quiet back there are you okay
Jaiden: Huh oh yeah, I’m okay
Mom: Nervous?
Jaiden: Well, when you have moved around the state a few times you tend to get used to it
The mom had a light chuckle she knew he liked to make dumb jokes like that
Mom: Come on this time I know it will be good I know how annoying it is to move all the time, but I have a good feeling about this place
Jaiden: That is the 3rd/4th time you have said that
Mom: Plus, the money is good plus I’m not the only on getting good stuff you get to go to a new school you can make friends so exciting right
Jaiden: Yeah right
Mom: Thats the spirit we have another hour before we get there so sit tight
I sigh as I sit back in my seat as I put on my headphones and go to my playlist and play a song
Jaiden then looked out the window as he closed his eyes trying to at least get some sleep as the only thing he really focused on was the music that he was listening to. It was a song called Searching.
1 Hour later
The hour passed as the car parked to a stop as the mom looked back to see her sleeping son she smiled before nudging him a few times as he opened his eyes
Mom: Hey kiddo we have arrived
Jaiden leaned back tired as he looked outside to see his new home was dark red home with stairs and some windows, he hears his mom get out as he follows as she uses her Key to open the door as the two had a look around
Mom: Now is this a home or what
Jaiden: Looks good
The two looked around the house each of them had a bedroom with a bathroom in it as and they have a living room, Kitchen, it was a normal house. The two had taken hours just to get all of the boxes in they spent the day arranging the house with their stuff and after a few hours of hard work and some movers coming in they got all that they needed
Mom: Alright now I will try to see If I can set up the Wi-Fi while I do that why don’t you go out and look around the city get some food maybe make some friends while you’re out maybe find a girlfriend eh
Jaiden groaned when she said find a girlfriend no matter where he lives, she always teases him about getting a girlfriend
Jaiden: Mom I highly doubt I’m going to get a girlfriend here
Mom: Hey, you might not I’m just hoping ya do
Jaiden playfully rolled his eyes as he opened the door
Mom: Don’t be out too late now sweetie
Jaiden: Don’t worry I won’t
Jaiden left the home feeling the air in the city he would look around putting his hands in his pocket he walked his way day the walkway looking around he saw a homeless man laying down as a rat crawls out of his pants as Jaiden flinched cringing to himself looking away and for the city that never sleeps it is very quiet which surprised him at first but he assumed that everyone was asleep by now he was starting to get hungry as he saw a pizza place close by he was about to enter when he heard a crash in the alley he did not know why but he slowly made his way to the alley confused he heard groaning which concerned him even more
Jaiden: Hey man are you okay
The man stopped groaning as the dark alley made him hard to see but Jaiden did hear some kind of noise come from him causing him to flinch as he came from the shadows to be some kind of Spider monster as Jaiden felt fear and disgusts
Jaiden: You one ugly motherfucker
The Spider took offence to that as he roared again and charged at Jaiden. he tried to look for a weapon as he saw a small Pipe he picked it up and smacked the Spider with it as he heard a squeal come from it, he took this chance to run away leaving the spider behind as he hides behind a dumpster panting hard
Jaiden: Okay since when did New York have fucking overgrown spiders!
Jaiden then heard a thud came as he peaked and saw that spider, he heard it look around as he heled his mouth to keep quiet
Spider: Come on out you ham shack and I promise I won’t bite ya too hard
Jaiden kept quiet as he heard the spider come closer as he looked around for something as he saw next to him a can he grabbed it and threw it past the spider as he turned around as Jaiden tried to run but the Spider used his legs on his head to smack Jaiden into the wall as the spider used his other leg to pin his right arm as he approached his teeth ready to bite Jaiden as he used his left hand to try and punch him but the monster used his other leg to block as he pulled it to his teeth and bit him making Jaiden scream as the screen showed the mutagen go into his body and instead of hurting him the mutagen was seen enhancing him as the screen went back to the monster biting Jaiden as he gets dropped and lays on the ground and before the spider could hurt him anymore four green figures jump down Jaiden could not make them out clearly nor hear very well before he knew it he blacked out with the screen showing darkness
Timeskip 11:12pm
I see darkness and voices its weird yet peaceful and yet the place stinks it smells like a sewer I let out a groan as I hear footsteps as I hear a voice
???: Oh, your awake good how are you feeling
Jaiden: S-sore I guess my left arm feels numb but other than that I feel just peachy
???: Your Lucky to have survived Spider Bytes well bite
Jaiden: Spider Bytes sounds gah odd
???: Mikey named him that
Jaiden felt his vision come to him as he looked up seeing the roof of wherever he was as he leaned up as he felt a pair of hands touch him as he turned around to see a turtle with a purple bandana who also had brown/red like color the turtle expected him to freak out or scream but what he got was something else
Jaiden: I like the mask dude looks sick heh
???: You don’t think I’m ugly or a freak
Jaiden: Dude, I saw a fat monster like spider almost kill me don’t think you guys can beat that plus I like turtles
The turtle was caught off guard from this he assumed that he would be seen as a monster to the human or reacted like April did and screamed at him, but this guy was different, he had a small smile
???: Well um thanks my name is Donatello, but everyone calls me Donnie
Jaiden: Nice to meet you I’m Jaiden
Jaiden Offred his hand to shake as Donnie shook his hand with a smile
Donnie: Well good news is you have no side effects but in case anything happens I will need your number
Jaiden nodded as he used his strength to grab his phone giving it to him as Donnie got out his T-Phone which Jaiden could cool seeing the phone looks like that of a shell Donnie added his number so he can call or text him about anything when Donnie Helped him out that is when his brother
Donnie: Good news nothing serious has happened to him and he is feeling well
Leo: Good did not want anyone dying like that
Jaiden would take the time while they were talking as he looked around seeing a Tv a punching bag a tire over a pool of water that is when he looked and saw a turtle wearing an orange bandana get in his face looking at him
Jaiden: Uhhh hey?
???: Do you like Pizza?
Jaiden: Pizza uh yeah, I do.
Mikey: Haha yes names Michelangelo or Mikey nice to meet ya
Mikey offered a High five which he was going to take until a hand grabs his shirt pulling him as a red masked turtle glared at him
???: Say a word about what happened, and I will clock you!
Jaiden: G-got it man.
???: Let him go Raph he’s been through it today let him rest.
Raph groaned letting him go as the blue masked turtle helped him up.
???: Sorry about him he is difficult.
Jaiden: I can see.
???: I can trust that you won’t talk about the events that happened today.
Jaiden: Trust me not a peep I’m great at secrets.
???: Good now I believe you have someone worried for you so you should get going
Jaiden: Oh, right gotta get back home
Jaiden ran to the exit
Jaiden: Thanks for the help you four I will be sure to come around
Mikey: Bring some pizza next you come over
Jaiden: Can do
Jaiden ran away as the turtles watched
Mikey: I like that guy
Raph: Well, I don’t trust him
Donnie: You don’t really trust anyone Raph
Leo: He did seem harmless
Raph: Oh yeah well how do we know he won’t trick us like Chris
Donnie: Well for one I looked at his records after hacking his phone and he seems normal lives with his mom, Dad left him at a young age to Japan never talked to him again only got letters from him on his birthdays, had a pet dog named Chad but the dog died but other than that he poses no threat
Raph: Still don’t trust him you guys can get all close and mushy with him, but I don’t buy it
The three sighed knowing how Raph gets sometimes as the screen focuses back on Jaiden who made it out the sewer and was now at his house as he used the keys to open the door only to see a triggered mother
Mom: And where have you been you had me worried son
Jaiden: Oh, I was uh out and I made some new friends, and we got so caught up that I lost track of time and uhhh y-yeah heh
The Mom gave him the glare as Jaiden sweated
Mom: Next time you’re out too long your grounded got it
Jaiden: Yes mam
Mom: Now go to bed
Jaiden nodded as his mother as he went up the stairs to his room going to his room as he just wore shorts and underwear to sleep in no shirt as he got in the bed and went to sleep as the screen focused on the bite it then showed his DNA breaking and reforming as he was changing on the inside
Timeskip
Day: Sunday
Time:9am
Waking up to a cloudy sky Jaiden groaned stretching out yawning he got out of the covers and got out of bed he rubbed his eyes he pasted by his mirror when something caught his eyes he saw he chest was different and by Different I mean he somehow grew muscles he would stare into the mirror shocked by what he is seeing he took a moment until he was interrupted by his mom
Mom: Honey are you up
Jaiden yeah, yeah, I’m up
Mom: Alright I’m heading to the store honey I will be out for a while you stay safe alright?
Jaiden: Okay Mom
He then heard the door open then close, the red haired boy sighed walking to the bathroom as he got his toothbrush and paste as he squeezed the paste getting it on the brush as he started brushing his teeth making sure to get every point of it once he finished he went to put his paste away as he dropped his brush only for it to stick to his hand he was confused by this as he reached for his brush and tried to pull it off which he succeeded in only for something weird to happen he saw webbing come out of his wrist this he was confused seeing the string go farther the more he pulled his brush off as he placed it down
Jaiden: What the heck was that
Jaiden looked at his arm as he decided to put on some clothes as he went outside using the outside stairs he went up to the roof as he saw he had a good height as he looked at his wrist aiming it to the sky
Jaiden: Go web
Jaiden saw nothing happen as he tried again
Jaiden: Fllly
Jaiden still seeing nothing happen he put his hand in a different motion to see if it will help
Jaiden: Up, up and away web (Tries again but with a different call) Shazam
Jaiden then used three different finger angles and still no anvil he looked at his wrist with annoyance
Jaiden: Come on how can I do this
Jaiden then gave it one last try getting a web to come out of his wrist when he pressed down on his wrist he grew a smiled shooting another web he then saw a another roof across from he backed up before running full speed as he then jumped across he did not want to lose momentum as he continued running while doing parkour on the roof
Jaiden: WOOOO
Jaiden then saw a roof that was farther than the others, but he did not care he leaped once more until he started to fall, he took notice losing his smile as he descended down to the ground as he screamed before hitting a car and landing on the ground
Jaiden: Ohhhh my back*Crack*My Back!
It was then that Jaiden got a Text on his phone he leaned down and grabbed his phone from his pocket seeing he got a text from Donnie
Donnie
Hey just wanted to check on ya feeling any side effects or anything like that?
Jaiden
I will meet you down in the sewers I wanna show you this I can’t explain it by texting
Jaiden then limped his way to the sewer to show Donnie what has happened to him and see if there was something he could do about it
(Sorry if this all seemed rushed but I hope you enjoyed the chapter I will get to work on the next chapter next week and if you an explanation on the bite I was trying to do like a radioactive bite but instead with Spider bytes mutagen and instead of getting poisoned he gets powers.)
