Situado en postguerra, la Comisión de Héroes Mundiales junto con el gobierno de Japón lanzan el programa "Protegiendo al Futuro", donde todas las academias que poseen curso de héroes envían a sus estudiantes al extranjero para protegerlos y prepararlos para regresar a Japón a su antigua gloria. La clase A es asignada a una misión importante: en Paris, Francia, la ciudad con más quirkless en el mundo, tendrán la tarea de derrotar al villano que ha estado atormentado a los parisinos durante los últimos tiempos: Shadow Moth.
