**** Author's pov ****

look how pretty my baccha is looking" her father said staring at her lovingly.

"I know I'm pretty baba" a little girl around 15 said admiring herself in mirror while tugging her hair behind her ear.

"When we will go to royal palace baba" little girl asked being impatient to meet the royal family of udaipur once again, her father chuckled seeing her daughter this much excited.

"Yes yes let's go bacha" saying this her father grab the file which he had to give to king.

At Royal Palace

She admired the beauty of palace it was so beautiful, every corner of the palace was screaming luxury. The palace walls was of cream colour with a hint of white making it more beautiful. Sharna was walking with her father while her eyes were busy in capturing everything thing so she can tell this to her friends. As sharna was walking her eyes fell on a cute puppy roaming around in the garden, leaving her father there she took her steps towards the puppy. Reaching there she took the little one in her hands making a different shine appear in her eyes. Slowly putting the puppy down she started playing with him until a voice disturb their session.

"Gucci where are you" a deep yet melodious voice entered her ear.

As soon as puppy hear the voice he run in the direction of the voice followed by sharna reaching there she saw a handsome man patting the puppy's head and he too was wiggling his tail happily. Sharna was so lost in the beauty of the man that she didn't noticed him calling her out for soo long, man snapped his fingers infront of her making her come out of her delusional world.

"Huh yea" sharna asked embarrassment slowly taking her, making a shade of crimson red appear on her cheeks.

"May i know the name of this pretty girl infront of me" man asked her with a small smile dancing on his lips .

"Yea .....of course my name is Sharna. Sharna Rajvanshi" sharna replied quickly being flustered at the compliment she get from the man.

"Sharna beautiful name for a beautiful girl btw myself Ivaan Shekhawat" the man replied to sharna making her eyes widened in shock. Person infront of her was none other than the prince himself.

"You are Prince aren't you?" Sharna asked to him for her confirmation but later felt like she embarrassed herself infront of Ivaan.

"Yep I am. Now tell me with whom you are here? Are you daughter of Raj uncle?" He questioned her.

"Yes I am his daughter and I'm here with him only" Sharna answered sweetly making ivaan smile as he found her cute.

"Ok so let's go to raj uncle" he said grabbing her hand gently before taking her towards the direction of main entrance of palace not before asking her about how did she ended up at Royal garden.

Inside Palace

Raj was discussing about some legal documents of Shekhawat industries with Viraj father of Ivaan. Rajvanshi group of industries and Shekhawat industries are patner in business. Suddenly they heard a melodious voice.

"Viraj uncle" Sharna said leaving hand of Ivaan and running towards Viraj with a cute pout on her lips causing him to chuckle at her cute behaviour.

"Ohh my princess, how are you my bacha?" Viraj asked not before making her seat beside him.

"I'm nice uncle and more beautiful than before" sharna said while flipping her air, making everyone present in the room chuckled.

"Did you meet with bhaiya" Viraj said pointing towards ivaan.

"Yesh" replied sharna in her sweet voice.

"Where is Aarna?" Sharna questioned about her bestfriend from Viraj at which he replied

"Baby she has gone to her grandparents house" Viraj replied in a sweet tone.

"Ivaan if you don't mind can you stay with sharna till we are done with our work" Raj said in a pleading tone.

"Of course uncle no need to ask" Ivaan said in his deep voice and take Sharna with him.

**** Ivaan's pov ****

Ivaan's room

"Wow your room is so pretty" Sharna exclaimed admiring my room with her doe eyes making me aww at her behaviour.

"Is it?" I questioned in a playful manner.

"Yes very much" she replied while I was busy adoring her.

"Well what's your age sharna?"

" I am 15 yrs old what about you?"

"Ohh you're very young baby we have 8 yrs age gap" i said and noticed her cheeks turning crimson red after I called her "baby" cute i thought.

"Btw when aarna will come back?" She asked while pouting gosh she looks so cute.

"She will come back after 1 month baby" I said and I can tell just by looking at her face that my answer didn't please her expectations at all.

Ater sometime sharna was reading some of aarna's books, while i was busy with my assignments within 1 month i will be graduating from University. After graduation i will handle Our company that's why dad is pressurising me to learn everything as soon as possible. He don't want any delay with my coronation after 2 months I will turn 23. And then i will be the new king of udaipur. Their will be many responsibilities and am just not ready to handle these responsibilities. I came out of my thoughts when I heard sharna saying my name.

"Ivaan bhaiya"

"What happened bacha?" I questioned her worried at which she replied softly.

"Well actually i wanted to explore palace garden a little bit. Can you help me with exploring!?" All i could see was curiosity in her eyes to explore the palace, smiling softly at her i replied

"Of course princess" as soon as I completed my sentence i could see the shine in her eyes, by looking at her face it was clear my answer satisfied her expectations.

"Let's go" she said brightly before holding my hand and taking me with her.

At the palace garden

We both were in palace garden. Sharna was playing with Gucci and I was just standing there watching her playing busy in my thoughts. Suddenly my phone started to ring causing a disturbance making me come out of my own world and answering it not before checking whose calling me. It was none other than my best friend. I walked away talking with him after telling Sharna to stay there only.

**** Author's pov ****

As sharna was playing suddenly her ankle twisted causing her to fall upon Gucci. As soon as she realised what she has done, panic took over her best. Getting up she quickly took Gucci in her lap patting her hoping it would help him in pain but Gucci ran away from her. In panic without thinking Sharna began to follow little puppy not exactly knowing where she is going to end up.

"Ahh wait Gucci don't run from me please" she cried following him.

After few moments Ivaan came back only to witness the place empty, no one was there causing him to kill himself mentally. He knew Sharna wasn't going to listen him anyway but still he told her not to go anywhere and now she is gone only god knows where. Taking a deep breath he started to search for her he knew it's gonna take time to find Sharna in this big garden. Regretting his life decisions he began his search for Sharna.

"Just wait Sharna you're gonna get a good scolding session from me today" Said Ivaan, before oving his steps forward lazily as he was left with no energy after getting in a argument with his best friend.
