In the dead of night, Katherine Griffin lounged on the living room couch, engrossed in a movie on the television, oblivious to the looming presence approaching her home. At 42-years-old and standing at 5 feet 7 inches, she possessed shoulder-length Auburn hair and captivating hazel eyes. Fondly known as Kat, she fulfilled the role of a dedicated mother to her 18-year-old daughter, Stacey Griffin. Apart from her maternal duties, Kat also served as a Librarian at the quaint Canton Public Library in the town where they resided. Stacey held an unwavering adoration for her mother, a sentiment reciprocated wholeheartedly by Kat. Stacey always lent a hand to her mother with household chores. She diligently loaded the dirty dishes into the dishwasher, tossed the soiled clothes into the laundry, and lovingly ran a hairbrush through her mom's shoulder-length auburn locks. Kat always made it a point to attend her teenage daughter's gymnastics meets and band concerts, showing unwavering support for her activities and performances. Stacey and her Mom share a love for swimming in the luxurious above-ground pool, encircled by a rustic wooden deck. Stacey, clad in her vibrant swimsuit, and her mom Kat, donning a stylish bikini, enjoy their refreshing dips together.
As Kat lounged on her stomach atop the fold-out lounge chair, Stacey lovingly applied suntan lotion to her mother's body. Carefully, she smoothed the lotion over Kat's legs and calves, gently massaging it in with tender sweeps. With Night Stacey off at a friend's house for a sleepover, Kat found herself in the eerie silence of the empty house.
