Introduction
Why, hello, my name is Emily, and these are the final stories from a women's…institution. If you can even call it that. I just call it exactly what it is, an asylum. Yeah, yeah I'm aware they aren't called asylums anymore, but the type of women held here aren't exactly your normal type of women. They're murderous, criminally insane, and definitely dangerous. Today's stories I don't quite have a name for. The next three stories you're about to read are just the ones that caught my attention. None of the names mentioned are their actual names, but the stories you're about to read are supposedly one hundred percent true. I guess in that aspect you could call them confessions. Are they telling the truth? Who the fuck knows and who am i to judge them? I'm just the psychiatrist who is crazy enough to listen to them as they're dying. Death should be given with dignity. They may be insane, but they're still people. I give them the chance to die with one of the things they wanted- someone to listen without judgment, an audience. So, in the end, who knows if these stories are even true, or if they are just something to tell me to make their death easier? These women may just be playing their last game by messing up my mind and now they could mess up yours too.
First up is Mel, you could tell she hasn't had an easy run at life, especially when you consider she's been at the asylum for 15 years. Maybe that life is why she turned to murder, who knows? I was getting ready to go home after a shitty night when they brought Mel into my ward. I knew what that meant. She was on her deathbed and was finally ready to make a deal with me. The deal is: she tells me something no ones ever heard before about why she's here and I..make her death easier in the end. I've wanted her secrets for years, but I would never tell her that. I don't need her getting in my head. That's the thing about most of the women here. They're good at mind games, and Mel was one of the best.
After Mel is Carmen. she is one of the unexpected ones to be on my floor. Hell, I thought the girl was so evil she would live forever. She's been here at the asylum since she hit eighteen. Now in her thirties. I'm not sure why someone so young is in my ward. I made a note to ask one of my nurses. Carmen looks like the girl next door at first glance, but if you look in her eyes, there's nothing. She's purely blank. The media said she locked other women in her basement and was performing her own types of autopsies, while they were alive. In her case, the girl next door becomes the serial killer. I can't wait to hear what she has to say.
Last we have sally. Sally came to the asylum about ten years ago. She's probably the worst one in this book. She looks like your typical sweet grandma. She's anything but. I know the basics of what Sally did, but ill save it for her to say because honestly. Its vile.
Do I believe them? I don't know. Read and decide for yourselves. Every fictional story had to come from somewhere right? Let's get into the stories.
