chapter 1
Eun Ji's POV
Argh... My head hurts. I can’t open my eyes, my head feels so heavy. I felt tears running down my cheeks, I realized my hands are tied when I tried to wipe my tears. With great difficulties, I opened my eyes. I saw that I was in shabby warehouse. This place smelled like it was shut down years ago.
I can’t remember a thing, from where I am to how I got here. But the situation says that I’m kidnapped. But who would kidnap me? And why am I alone here? Wait , I’m alone that means I can escape. But how!!!!!!! I look around for any sharp object , until my eyes fell on the broken glass pieces. I got up and crawl to to the broken piece of glass.
I reached for it and cut the rope that was used to tie me up. I sighed in relief and stood up. Finally, my hands are free.I should get out of here before someone comes back to check on me.
I started looking for the exit. Surprisingly the place was empty. Weird, someone kidnapped me and left me alone. Whatever, I rushed outside and realized, whoever had abducted me is smart, cause this warehouse is in the middle of nowhere. I don’t know which way to go.
But I can’t stay here. I was petrified. I didn’t want to know who took me away from my house. I don’t want to know how does he look like. He took me away from my parents. Wait, Do I even have parents?
is there someone waiting for me at home? Home, that’s a big word. Home, family, Mom, Dad. Do I have anyone? I don’t remember anything. Why can’t I?
Everything’s aside, I need to reach a safe place. I started running through the forest, I just need to reach the highway, then I can go to the nearby city.
I was running, and suddenly I hear people scattered around the forest. They sound like, they were looking for someone. Me?
I increased my speed, when suddenly something heavy hit the back of my head, and I tripped and fall. My vision became blurry.. I felt warm liquid slowly flow down my neck.
Blood.
My head was bleeding. I head someone talk. So close to me.
“My little Lilith, trying to run away? Won’t work, not this time. ”
I felt my consciousness slowly slipping away, I stayed, laying on the ground. I slowly move and laid on my back.
A man can into my view. He was tall, he was wearing a black shirt, sleeves folded till elbow. And a black jeans. He leaned down, bent over, and I noticed his lip piercings and the sleeve tattoos that adorned his arm.
And, those dark moonless night sky type of eyes. They were mysterious.. No, there mixed emotions. Lust and something like disgust?
He said something again but I could only hear a buzzing sound. Soon, my eyes closed. And everything went dark.
