Prologue
My planet is green, beautiful, and peaceful. Or so we thought, war began after one of our council members had grown jealous and killed our king. Three days the war had gone without end, our crystallized homes were falling or just barely hanging on. Families had either been injured badly or died and our planet was about to die off as well.
You need to understand, our planet has feelings like sadness, happiness, anger, and more. When the war had gone on for so long, the planet was being torn apart. As the war continued, no one was sure who was winning, it all just never seemed to end.
A few days later, our planet had enough of the war and decided to take matters into its own, ending itself. "Go on my son, I've had a full life, your life has just started," my father said holding my hand. A crystal had fallen through his stomach, leaving him unable to move.
As I looked into his eyes with tears running down my face and turning into a crystal as it was falling to the ground, I let go of his hand and got inside my ship and took off. As I and a few others were leaving the planet, I couldn't help but look at it one last time. Seconds later, the planet turned bright red and exploded. The force from the explosion hit several ships, including my own, knocking me unconscious. My ship was pushed to somewhere that would become my new home.
