ESCENA I

La desgracia del saber que algún día comprometida estaré. El caballero cuyo cuerpo, alma y espíritu sea merecedor de tan dichoso cuerpo soportará a una mujer decidida. Consejos de amor mi querido padre me brinda: "¡Ni se te ocurra traer un diablo a tu vida!", si tan siquiera supiera que eso necesita mi vida. Aburrida y sola en mi recoveco, en una esquina de mi habitación decorada vagamente por la señora Smith, pienso en por qué rechacé a tan fino hombre de la nobleza aquella vez cuando, en un intento de seducción, pidió por favor besar mis pies. ¡Qué descaro! ¡Qué descaro! Tan esperado. Tan anhelado. Tan deseado. Ese hombrecito que deseo llegue a mi vida lo tiene todo. Es simplemente un ser perfecto. ¿Le podría yo atraer a alguien tan apuesto? Vueltas en mi cabeza van dando vueltas en mi cabeza buscando un masculino de pecho fuerte y brazos firmes. Alguien que me cargue cuando mi vestido esté en riesgo de ser estropeado, que me despierte con su calor en mi interior todas las mañanas, que cada noche compartamos lo que mejor se nos da, que no importe el lugar o la hora siempre podamos hacerlo... siempre. Su nombre no tiene que contener inicialmente la 'a' para que me abuse tanto como quiera, ni tampoco la 'b' para que me bese en mis labios con su mano en mi cintura, ni mucho menos la 'f' para formar un vínculo inquebrantable por el resto de nuestros días. Lamentablemente sola me toca estar por el momento, deseándote, cada día, cada noche, para ser tu gran musa, pues ahora solo quiero un diablo que me deje en mi aposento estrepitosa y con la mente confusa.
