It was too sunny Maria couldn't bear that the temperature was too high. As soon as she completed her work , she returned to her home and she got an idea called "HEAL OUR BODY "
In our day -to -day stress life, we need to increase our happy hormones.
BUT HOW?
Here it is :
She got a crazy idea of unique bathing.
So first she opened the tab and entirely filled it with normal water, and she added a bucket full of ice cubes.
She squeezed nearly 20 lemons.
Now just imagine the scenario:
A window is situated in your corner of the bathroom, and it's4.30 pm sunset time and the sunrays are just falling in your face. You just stand on a small stool and imagine you're in a swimming pool and jumping into the bath tub without remo- ving your dress, and you have a lemonade in your left hand, and you're wearing headpho- nes and enjoying your favorite song. Trust me, you never like to get out of the tub. You feel like you're in heaven.
And also, it is a scientific fact, after a cold bath you feel so refreshed because it triggers a psychological response in our bodies, incre- ased blood circulation which delivers more oxygen to our tissues, leading to a feeling of alertness and revitalization. It maintains our core temperature, which results in a boost of energy and a sense of refreshingness.
Moral: Everyone can find their own unique happiness in their surroundings, and it may be crazy too.
