Great start

"I've never read the original but I really enjoyed this. The tension was built up really well and it definitely shows the nature of this place and this training as well as really showing a lot of Dustin's character. There's a few little grammatical errors those can probably be picked up with a quick read over. This definitely seems really exciting and it'd be interesting to see how Dustin approaches the 30 days survival."

WOW! Fanfic on MY story???

"Well, first thing's first: this is a fan fiction based off of my story. I knew I just HAD to read it! I love the perspective you give for Dustin in this opening chapter, as he's a character with many opportunities to explore from. I've actually made several rewrites of the story (for example, the novel is now called "Colorless" rather than "To Dream") , and after all these rewrites, this story's rewrite proves to be very true. This stays very true to the aspects of the draft and wasteland in my dystopian's society, not to mention Dustin's character. I THROUGHLY ENJOYED YOUR WORK WITH THIS!"

To Live

"The setting was a perfect fit to the story, it sets the place of fearful, frightful, and hair-rising. It shows what would be the feelings when you are the person in training. First person point of view was used in this story. It shows how the character was feeling, what he wanted to say or show what is on his mind. The story has a brilliant ideas to tell, it gives thrill to readers. Make your own stories soon, because you have those ideas where you can make great stories"
