This is good so far, but needs to be longer. Noise is spelled "N-O-I-S-E" not Nois. This chapter feels unfinished, and needs more description of characters. What does Emily look like? Is she short with bouncy blonde hair? I see you are new here and I don't mean to be so harsh, but keep in mind if you are publishing the story, be sure to call the book "Monster in the forest: Book 1" Not "Chapter 1"

Heika van Walderveen: I had to get used to the style. It’s a lot of switching and getting back into the story of the characters. Also the different timelines were a bit confusing in the beginning. But once you’re used to it, it’s really quite original. The plot is good, but it’s only book 1 (out of 3), but so far so good...
