Chapter 1

Amara had just woken up feeling like something was to good to be true whenever she finally decided to roll over and check the time on her watch , after realizing what time it was and how late it was,her eyes widened in full panic as she scrambled to get up , knowing she was in deep shit for already being late to have the house clean and breakfast made.”fuck fuck fuck im so fucking screwed!!!” She screamed out in silent frustration.

She quickly got dressed, and quickly ran downstairs to clean the house, Whenever she was done making sure that every crevice was spot-less, she instantly got started on breakfast.

Right as she plated the two plates and set everything on the table up, she heard a loud bellowing voice coming from the living room realizing that her father was indeed home and intoxicated . Ever since her mother died from cancer it has been an onward battle between her and her father on wether she would want to avoid her father or have pitty on him. But honestly even within every being in her body she could not ever sincerely forget and forgive him for what he has done to her. Cringing as her father’s loud piercing voice entered her ear-drums she quickly ran up to him fearing that he might hurt her with the state he is in.

“Yes father” she responded respectfully standing in front of him with her head down and her heads behind her back as she fiddled with her fingers anxiously.

“Did you clean the house spotless and is breakfast made? , if not your in some big trouble.” Her said with authority and anger in his tone.

She nodded quickly before responding with a slight stutter” y-yes father! I have made scrambled eggs, bacon and a few pancakes for both of you”. She said quietly as her evil witch of a stepmother walked into the living room. “You better hope that this little bitch didn’t fuck up my breakfast otherwise she’s really in for it” her stepmother said with a sneer in her voice.

They both sat down to eat as he father looked up at her with annoyance” well!! What are you doing still fucking standing there??! Get your pathetic ass to school, you better not make me look bad or you’ll have other things aside from school to worry about “ he said before going back to his food.

She nodded before quickly gathering up all of her school stuff together and rushing out the door to make her long walk to school. With her being 17 and her 18th birthday being less than a week away she was more than ready to escape this place she used to once call home.
