Summary

The side of me that is capable of writing such imaginative horror is also the side that wonders if I should write horror books/movies. But I'll stick to poetry...for now. "I have a darkness in me, this is how I utilize it."

A Haunted Mind

Depression is a demon,

That wreaks havoc from the inside.

These, the claws that hide,

Do not bode well in the mind’s eye.

Scratching at the surface,

Of what you cannot see,

Look in the mirror at the reflection,

It will change from you to me.

Do you ever wish?

That the mirror was just this,

A portal to a world that stays further.

It is.

Fiona Walker: First of all I have to say that I really enjoyed this short story. I did find the single line paragraphs a little uncomfortable to read as it didn’t flow but the content was amusing and sweet. For me, the ending didn’t feel like an ending, it just stopped. I understand the implication of the final c...
