Prolouge
As cold Breeze hits her body, shivers run down her spine. She opens her eyes and sees a young man, probably in his late 20's looking at her worriedly. She noticed her surroundings only to come to the conclusion that she was near a pond , God knows where it is. She finally noticed that she was lying down, while a group of men stating at her weirdly.
She quickly got up as she felt embarrassed in front of many people whom she doesn't recognize.
The man who was dressed as a prince asked worriedly, " Devi, Are you Okay?"
She could comprehend the fact that he was not speaking Hindi but Sanskrit. Thanks to her knowledge in many languages as taught in archaeology classes, she could understand them. She said, "I'm fine Thank you" in English.
No one seemed to understand what she was speaking and looked at her weirdly. Many whispered amongst themselves as she looks different, is wearing different clothes and also speaking some foreign language.
Many people started to question her at the same time and she couldn't get it to her head as what is happening? Why are they wearing these drama clothes and speaking Sanskrit.
'Weren't they supposed to speak Nepali' she thought.
The Prince dude bombarded her with many questions and she was just so confused about what was actually happening to her. As she was about to get up from the floor to stand and that weird looking prince guy was helping her, she hit his GIGANTIC ARMOUR and accidentally twisted her ankle. She fell and landed on her knees.
'Thanks universe for embarrassing me more' ' who even wears these goddamn big armors anymore' 'Wait, am I kidnapped? Oh god noo!!' She thought.
Just when the Prince went to help her, she yanked his hand away harshly in fear, causing him to land on floor. Seeing this, the guards went to capture her and she let a scream out "aaahhhh don't do anything to me" And she passed out.
The Prince stopped them and told, "Wait, she doesn't even know us. It's common for a woman to react like this". One guard looked worried and said, "But Prince, we also don't know her, it's highly impossible for us to stake your life over some weirdly dressed foreign language speaking woman who looks way too suspicious"
" Okay then. Let's do one thing. We will take her to our palace and when she wakes up we will interrogate her. It's highly impossible for me too to leave an unguarded woman in a forest like this. Make arrangements immediately " he ordered the Dasis as she is a girl who is wearing questionable clothes according to him.
The guards responded saying "As you say, Prince VIRAT"
