Granny's Gift

Bobbi O’Malley was a stone cold fox.

She knew it, her classmates knew it, she caught her step-dad stealing glances.

She giggled at the thought. She didn’t mind older guys and he’s damn good-looking too.

If he wasn’t married to her mom, she’d 100% be down for whatever. She smiled and licked her lips thinking about taking a bite out of the big milk chocolate man.

She sighed, her mom really knew how to pick men.

Bobbi listened to her music as she laid on her soft bed, red kitty-clawed nails absently running up and down her bare mid-drift.

He probably liked her because of how much she looked like her mom. She thought, remembering the look on his face when they first met.

She’s a couple inches shorter than her mom at 5’3”, but aside from that, it’s like looking in the mirror.

They have the same bright red hair and dark green eyes, the same creamy white skin with a light spattering of freckles all over, and tits, hips and thighs to die for.

Bobbi giggled to herself again. She felt like a celebrity at her college. Everywhere she went she could feel the lustful gazes on her. It turned her on so much.

The guy, girls, faculty, staff, she had admirers among them all. There were even a couple times people had run into things while staring at her. She loved the attention.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a shout from the room next door. She took out an earbud and groaned when she realized what it was.

Her step-brother, Stacy the super nerd, was on his game again. She didn’t know what the game was, and she didn’t care.

All she knew was Sunday was his day to link up with his other nerd friends so they could run some big group event or another.

Bobbi sighed again. It wasn’t that she didn’t like Stacy, she actually felt kinda bad for him.

On campus, he was pretty much her opposite. When she walked the halls, all eyes were on her.

In contrast, she had witnessed the one time he tried to talk to a girl this year. She didn’t even know who he was. He sat right next to her in class. The boy might as well be invisible.

It was sad, but in his game, he was king.

She listened as he barked orders from the other room. A.O.E this, heal that, attack over there, he sounded like a general at war.

It was actually kinda hot, in a nerdy sort of way.

Stacy looked nothing like his gorgeous dad, but he was cute. The problem was, he had zero confidence.

You would think some of his gamer godhood would bleed over into real life.

But no, for all intents and purposes, he was the university’s smartest loser.

She listened for a little while longer while he gave directions in his room.

It sounded like things were cooking to a crescendo, then suddenly “Yes! For the Alliance!”

Bobbi cringed like she was in physical pain then pressed her face into her pillow and laughed hard.

“That boy needs to get laid bad.” she said to herself out loud before returning to her music.

A few minutes later bobbi’s phone buzzed with a text. Her mom and step-dad were home.

Bobby’s granny died last week. This whole weekend had been wakes, viewings, and a big funeral. It sucked.

Granny had left her and her mom a bunch of stuff in her will, including the car bobbi drove to school. Bobbi didn’t know much about cars, but she was not going to turn down a pink convertible.

Bobbi’s mom had gone to granny’s house to pick up some of the smaller things granny had left for them, now was bobbi’s time to see what was what.

She hopped out of bed and headed for the door, pulling her tank top down and her boy-shorts up before entering the hallway. She loved the way step-dad looked at her.

She ended up entering the hall at the same time as Stacy, his eyes drank her in but he said nothing. Bobbi could never tell what that boy was thinking.

Bobbi smiled at him teasingly, “Sounds like you were having fun in there.”

Stacy smiled brightly as he pushed his glasses up his nose. “Sure did! That raid put my guild in the top ten on the server. We’re gonna celebrate on Discord later.”

“Wow,” Bobbi said with a wicked smirk, “you really are a nerd.”

“Ugh, shut it Bobbi.” Stacy sighed, “not even you can ruin my mood today!”

Bobbi laughed as they headed down the stairs. “Look who grew a backbone, maybe there is hope for you yet!”

Stacy groaned as he bounced down the stairs in his loose shorts and “Dragon Ball Z” T-shirt.

They found their parents in the living room, smiling and talking quietly next to a small box filled with trinkets.

“Hey kids come have a seat.” Stacy’s dad said cheerfully as they entered, his smile widening as his eyes fell on Bobbi. Her outfit left little to the imagination.

Bobbi’s mom sighed. “Dammit Bobbi, you could have at least put some clothes on. You shouldn’t run around that house in your underwear now that we have men in the house.”

“What?” Bobbi said coyly, glancing at her step-dad. “They’re family, it’s not like I’m naked.”

Bobbi’s mom rolled her eyes. “Anyway. Your granny left some things for the both of you.”

Stacy’s dad reached in the box, pulled out a small white envelope and a thick brown envelope, and handed both to Stacy.

“She left you some money, I don’t know how much, and her lifetime gym membership. She always said you need to put some meat on those bones” He laughed.

Stacy looked confused and surprised as he took the envelopes. “Wow, I wasn’t expecting to get anything. This is awesome, ive been looking for a new gym.”

Bobbi scoffed as she looked at him up and down. “You go to the gym? You must be doing something wrong.”

“Bobbi!” Her mom scolded her and missed the knowing look the two men gave each other.

She huffed as she handed Bobbi her two envelopes. “You got some cash as well, and her lifetime spa membership. She always said keeping our fair skin fair takes work.”

“Oh my god, Ganny loved this spa.” she sniffed. “She used to take me all the time. She said it was our special girl’s place.”

Bobbi’s mom smiled, her eyes misty. “She really loved her ‘Gran-sugar’, I know you’ll put that to good use.”

Bobbi nodded as a knot welled in her throat. Then her eyes fall on some of the other things in the box. “Whats all that?”

Bobbi’s mom shrugged. “You know our family has always been a little… witchy. These are different charms, talismans, and totems. She even left you a note book explaining it all.”

“Do you know how to use any of that?” stacy asked, furrowing his brow.

Bobbi’s mom frowned and shook her head. “Never got it to any of that, not my bag.”

Stacy’s dad smirked and put an arm around his wife and kissed her cheek. “No, she’s got her own charms.”

Bobbi’s mom smiled and playfully swatted at her husband’s chest. “Oh stop it Charles.”

Bobbi smiled watching the two of them. Show hoped she could find that kind of love one day.

She stole a glance at Stacy and had one thought. “Nope”

“Oh yeah!” Charles said suddenly remembering something.

He reached in the box and handed his son a portable DVD player and a binder full of CDs and DVDs.

“She thought you’d enjoy this.” He said with a wink

Stacy turned the DVD player over in his hand while studying it. “Huh, vintage.”

Charles rolled his eyes. He nudged his wife. “Dont forget the box Tina.”

“Oh. Yeah.” She was much less enthusiastic. She reached in and pulled out a small ornate box.

“I never knew what this was. She never let me open it. She said the crystal would ‘help you gain perspective’, whatever that means.”

Bobbi took the box and opened it. She picked up the green crystal and examined it. It was warm in her palm and seed to pulse from inside with its own energy.

“Pretty,” she said, “it’ll make a nice necklace I guess.”

Charles clapped his hands together. “Well, that’s everything kids. Y’all take your stuff upstairs. Me and your mom are going to the lake with some friends. We’ll be back in the morning.”

The kids gathered their stuff and headed to their rooms while their parents quickly shuffled out the door.
