In an alley…
A car sits in the alley alone. A door to the rear entrance of one of the facilities is ajar.
‘In recent years the crime rate became seriously uncontrollable.’
Door gets knocked all the way open. Two men wearing ski masks, each carrying two duffel bags, run out of the facility and quickly throw their duffel bags into the car. Both men quickly get into the car and take off.
In another city…

In a residential area…
Huge police vans stop in front of a huge house. Cops get out of the car while aiming their guns at the house.
Swatt team bust down the door with a battering ram, rush into the house, and arrest a bunch of Cholo guys. Drugs and money sit on the coffee table as cops hold the Cholo guys at gun point, yelling orders at them to lay on the ground.
At a street corner…
A car pulls over. Window winds down. A guy walks over to the car and takes what the guy in the car hands him.
In another city…
As a few masked men exit a bank, a few police cars show up. The masked men fire at the police cars.
BOOM!
Police cars explode.
‘Crime became uncontrollable to the point where the police couldn’t keep up. And this was a result of many cops making excuses not to help victims since in the early 2020’s.’
In a FAST MOVING car…
A SCARED female is on the phone with the cops while driving fast and saying, “Please help me! Somebody’s following me, I’m REALLY scared!”
The police dispatcher, while on speaker, says, “Sorry ma’am. Unless the person following you is harming you in any way, we can’t interfere.”
The scared female replies with, “Oh God COME ON! What did you join the police force and take an oath for!?!”
In the front yard of a house…
Two college age women walk onto the porch of their house, when suddenly, four men run up behind them, grab them, and force the women into their own house.
In another city…
An anchorwoman interviews a random man. Random man complains while saying, “If the cops are gonna refuse to help me when I need their help, then I shouldn’t have to pay taxes.”
In a city…
Police, the press, and the corner is at the scene of a few murdered victims, who are covered up in sheets.
‘With the crime rate in North America extremely high, especially in the Los Angeles County, people feared for their lives without even leaving their homes. Afraid to even look out of their windows, let alone being afraid of being followed home.’
In a facility…
A few people dressed in black aim their laser guns and fire lasers at plastic bad guys.
‘Having decided that enough bull crud chaos was enough, the government developed Section 200, a secret government force that was designed to cure the rising crime problem.’
In Los Angeles…
Axel, Caucasian male, 50 years of age, slightly bald, along with Jessica, Caucasian attractive blond female, 48 years of age, scan MR.X, VERY tall Caucasian male, long hair, 55 years of age, who’s cuffed.
DAVID, black male, medium height, 52 years of age, and CHIEF CONWAY, black male, medium height, 71 years of age, approach while speaking to Jessica and Axel.
‘Axel, Jessica, and David, who worked under Chief Conway, were the GOOD cops. Cops who didn’t make up excuses not to help, protect, and serve. Mr. X, the crime boss they apprehended years ago, has become one of the leaders in Section 200 recently, being that he has a good criminal mind.’
Axel and Jessica shove Mr.X into the police unit. Police unit hovers into the air and flies off.
In a court room…
Electra Galardo, VERY attractive Caucasian blond female in her late twenties, stands trial.
‘Recently, Mr.X’s squad has performed illegal tasks to gain new recruits to Section 200.’
“I sentence you to life in prison,” says the Judge, then he hammers the hammer on the gavel.
‘Last year, he had two girls framed for murder and had them recruited to his squad. Until this day, the two girls strive to find a way out of the Section 200 squad, with the desire to return to the normal lives they once lived before.’
