It was never empty
A classroom named 401 had caught on fire 5 years ago in Cambrew School & College. The classroom was a 4th grader classroom so it felt more brutal as without the teacher, they were all kids.
My name is Ryan and I'm in 9th grade. Everyone says that 401 is a haunted classroom. But I never believed in ghosts and never will. Everytime I talk about it to my dad and mom, tears were seen. I didn’t know what had been going wrong. One day, during our literature class, I finally asked about it to our literature teacher.
"Mr.Barret, what's so creepy about room 401 that no one wants to talk about it? "
Mr.Barret refused to answer that question and ignored me.
I kept everything to myself. Friends were the word I never practiced.
One day,I finally thought of it,
"What if I go there myself?"
So, I stayed after school and slowly made my way to the room.
I entered the room. Shocking part? It wasn’t empty. There were 4th graders in an arts&crafts class.
"Come Ryan, sit with them"
The teacher said in a calm voice.
I refused and kept looking at everything. The students, the teachers, the condition. Everything felt normal. It felt like everyone had lied to me. Eventually, the class was going fine until there were some people experimenting a topic on how to start a fire. It was definitely seen that all they wanted to do is start a fire. After a few minutes, the teacher's desk caught on fire.
"Everyone, stay calm and make your way outside"
Eventually, no one's voices were heard again. Those students who caused the loss of innocent 4th graders and the teacher were expelled and went through heavy circumstances.
Memory arrived like a burn. I had Been a 4th grader. Taken from fire,5 years ago.
