Chapter 1

Her tight black outfit clung to her body. Her body replied with sweat from all the run and chase. It was like a hot sauna. Her black mouth cover loosened it’s grip under her fingers, screaming for air. Her long reddish-brown silky hair shone against the wall, as she took support.

“Ahh....“- She let out in exhaustion.

Her breath rose and collapsed. Being a spy wasn’t easy. You had to be a ninja, thief, combatant, soldier, police, and so many other things at once. The room was sizzling hot and she kept panting.

She was tasked to steal something from the wrong hands and things however, didn’t go nicely as planned, so there she was, being chased by every man in suit in the whole 20 story building.

Her body rubbed against the wall, almost falling. She took off her black gloves and unzipped her collar, the air was merciless. She held on her chest. Her body shook, she tried to be on her legs and loud thumpings in her chest. She bit her lips. “This was just everyday work, nothing serious”- she thought to herself.

“I am gonna take a nice long bath after this... I am drenched in sweat!“- she let out.

*Breathes in deeply*.

“Whatever”- she said and she jumped off the 20th floor. Spinning and doing 5 backflips and somersault, like a perfect Ballerina Dancer.

Her sweat sparkled in slo-mo, as she closed her eyes and in the breath of a second, she zapped from her hands a rope, which she had taken out from her gadget belt, successfully zapping it to the next building.

But she lost her balance, something terrible happened. Her hands slipped, and almost instinctively, like a soldier made prepared for any unseen situation, she bit onto the end of the rope and held it with her teeth. Her soft salive splashed, the taste of metal on her lips and she pulled herself and winked goodbye to the men in suit, who were now witnessing the whole stunt in awe.

She did super-heroine landing on the next building, now unseen by the men that chased her. She was bleeding from her right thigh, as if it had been scratched while she was running inside that 20 story building. Her leg collapsed, the burden of the bleeding heavy on her. The pain stung, sharp now. Her eyes tried to speak, but the words were drowned. She shut her eyes and tilted her head to the sky. Air breezing like waves at the top of the world on the building.

She fell on her back on the rooftop. Finally, the exhaustion hit it’s bottom and now she could rest. The floor warm beneath her. The air whispering in her ears. The warm air oozing out of her soul.

There had to be an end to all this. Thinking that, she took out a pistol and dialed it’s clock. She aimed it at her head. One... Two... BANG!

She shot herself. Dead. The bullet in her head. She was dead. Dead. Maybe now... She could be finally in peace....
