About: They're a group of enhanced individuals who were kidnapped by General Pittman's Project Pluto organization. They were experimented on in hopes to replicate the unique Starseed gene, but instead they were turned into weapons. Now soldiers for the Military Intelligence Agency, and adversaries to the Starseeds. Their names are Reaper, Echo, Rage, and Mayhem.
