Reckoning (Part III)

All Rights Reserved ©

Summary

Recovering from a near fatal surge in her magick, Nikki is made glaringly aware of her own resistance to this new life and everything it’s offering her. Including opening her up to love and intimacy again, the thought of either leaving her with less than optimistic feelings. Despite Nikki’s best efforts, that violet eyed asshat seems more determined than ever to talk her through it and leave his mark. And she might just let him. But with her birthday right around the corner, Nikki can feel it all building to a nerve-racking crescendo. With her head and heart in a constant battle of their own and everyone doing their best to convince her she is this grand champion, she can’t help but wonder if she’s even ready? Nikki certainly begins to understand, somewhat reluctantly, that she needs to embrace all parts of herself in order to get a handle on herself, her magic, and what her fate actually means, for her and those closest to her. Can she actually manage to pull it all together and not just accept her fate but reclaim it? Or will she lose everything, including herself? Reckoning is the final installment in a 3-part mature, supernatural romantasy. It is a slow burn, plot-heavy novel with themes of enemies to lovers, forced proximity, and a strong female main character with a harrowing back story.

Dear Reader

Don't be afraid to be the villain in that person's story

In fact, be the villain in everyone's story

With zero need for explanation or validation

Being a hero is overrated and irrational anyways

They were always going to misunderstand and mishandle you

So, be loud, daring, and audacious

Do everything they said you never could

Burn it all down and walk away

Reclaim the fire and ashes and forge your own destiny

Enjoy you beautiful souls

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
