Lin Hao’s Morning

It was an early Friday morning. Lin Hao was already up, sorting laundry in the quiet hum of dawn. After starting the first bundle, he walked to the kitchen and began making breakfast.

The smell of toast and eggs filled the air. He sipped his coffee slowly, watching the steam curl in the morning light.

Ding! The laundry machine finished its cycle. Lin Hao stood, stretched, and headed back to the laundry room.

He loaded the second bundle of clothing and pressed start. Then, he got ready for school—brushing his teeth, packing his bag, tying his shoes.

Ding! The second load was done. He pulled out the warm clothes and carried them outside.

One by one, he hung them to dry in the soft breeze. The day had only just begun.
