Author's Note
I have been working on this novel for almost 15 years now; I started it back when I was in high school. Over the years, the story has grown and transformed considerably, yet the core idea remains intact, which I find quite amusing. Some of you might have come along on this journey from the very beginning, having read snippets of the evolution. Initially, I aimed for perfection, but I gradually realised that it doesn't have to be flawless; it simply needs to convey the right emotions and resonate with readers. And at long last, it does feel right. I struggled with motivation countless times, but I refused to abandon this narrative that has lived in my mind for so long. Now, I'm genuinely excited to share it with all of you. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed the process of writing it.
