Chapter 1

Chapter 1 – The World of Crimson Thrones (Refined Version

Wayne — a sixteen-year-old wandering adventurer — had spent his whole life drifting from place to place, surviving with nothing but his sword and stubborn will.

But one evening, as he walked across an empty field, the sky cracked open like shattered glass…

…and he was pulled into another world.

A world far older.

Far darker.

Far more dangerous.

Here, countless races existed — beastfolks, elves, demons — but above all stood the supreme race: the Vampires.

And all of them bowed to one name:

Queen Alice.

The ruthless, ruby-eyed monarch who ruled with an iron fang and a frozen heart.

Here, slavery was normal, and women — especially female vampires — held most power.

Male vampires were ornaments.

Male humans were barely considered people.

Wayne realized one thing quickly:

> “If I ever want to return home…

I need someone powerful enough to tear open worlds.”

And the only one who fit that description was the Vampire Queen herself.

So he marched straight toward the vampire capital.

But the moment he entered the gates, the guards — towering female vampires — snarled, blades drawn.

“A male human dares walk here?”

Wayne didn’t answer.

He simply placed his hand on his sword.

Five seconds later…

All the guards were on the ground, unconscious, defeated before they even understood what happened.

The entire capital trembled at the news.

A strong male had appeared.

A male who defeated elite vampire guards.

A male who shattered the very hierarchy of this world.

The information reached the Queen’s throne room almost instantly.

Alice rose from her black throne, eyes glowing like blood beneath moonlight.

> “A male strong enough to break my guards?”

“Interesting. I will see him myself.”

Her voice was cold.

Ruthless.

Deadly.

And thus, the Queen of Fangs walked toward the city gates…

…to meet the boy who defied her world.

After the incident with the guards, Wayne knew walking straight to the Queen would be suicide—

not because he feared her,

but because he didn’t know this world yet.

He needed intel.

He needed to understand the social hierarchy, the rules, the danger, the power levels.

So he headed to the one place where all races mixed freely:

The Iron Fang Tavern.

A noisy, smoky hall filled with beastfolk, demons, elves, and the rare terrified humans trying not to get killed.

All the waiters were men—

as expected in a world where males were treated like servants.

Most of the women in the tavern were demon race females—tall, seductive, dangerous.

And among them…

Wayne noticed a girl staring directly at him.

A succubus.

With violet skin, glowing eyes, and a tail that flicked playfully behind her.

Her name tag read: TIANA.

Unlike others, she wasn’t hiding her reaction.

Her eyes were wide, fixed on Wayne’s face like he was a rare treasure.

Wayne sighed lightly.

> “If she’s ogling this hard…

…she probably knows a LOT about this world.”

So he walked toward her.

Tiana froze for a second, then bit her lip and smirked.

“My, my… a handsome human boy with purple eyes.

You’re new here, aren’t you?”

Wayne sat down, keeping his sword at his side.

“Yeah. I need some info,” he said calmly.

“And you look like the talkative type.”

Tiana leaned closer, hair brushing his shoulder.

“For someone like you…

I can be VERY talkative.”

Wayne didn’t flinch.

“thanks.”

Tiana circled her finger around Wayne’s cup, her eyes glowing with playful danger.

“Alright, handsome,” she purred,

“what do you want to know?”

Wayne didn’t waste time.

“I want three things,” he said firmly.

1. “Tell me about the Vampire Queen’s nature.”

2. “Tell me if this world has dungeons—or anything similar.”

3. “And tell me where I can stay the night.”

Tiana blinked.

Then blinked again.

“Wow… straight to the heavy stuff.”

She pulled up a chair and sat across from him, her tail curling around one leg, her smirk fading into something more serious.

“Alright, let’s start with the queen.”

---

On Queen Alice

Tiana leaned in closer, voice dropping to a whisper.

“Queen Alice is ruthless.

Colder than ice.

Feared by every race.”

She tapped her claws on the table.

“She hates men.

Especially strong ones.

So when she hears about you…

hahhh, you’re in trouble.”

Wayne remained expressionless.

“I already assumed that.”

On Dungeons

Tiana’s eyes lit up slightly.

“Oh yes, this world has dungeons.

Ancient ruins.

Beast labyrinths.

Shadow rifts.

Places full of monsters… and treasures.”

Then she added with a teasing smile:

“And death. Lots of death.

Perfect for someone reckless like you.”

Wayne nodded.

This was useful.

On Places to Stay

Tiana leaned back, stretching lazily.

“You can’t sleep in human areas—they’ll assume you’re property without a female owner.”

“Not happening,” Wayne muttered.

“Exactly.”

Tiana smirked.

“So your best option is the Adventurer’s Rest Lodge on the east side. Neutral territory. Mixed races. Cheap rooms.”

Then her eyes slid over him again—slow, appreciative.

“But honestly…

you can crash at my place too.”

Wayne stared at her.

“...I’ll go to the lodge.”

Tiana giggled.

“I figured.”

She stood up, brushing dust off her skirt.

"One last thing" Tiana asks

"Whats your name"

"Wayne macgyur" wayne replied

and than

Wayne walked out of the tavern, moonlight brushing across his black hair.

The street was quieter now… too quiet.

His hand slid to the hilt of his sword.

> “footsteps.

They’ve been tailing me since I left.”

Five guys stood in front and nearly 4 on rooftops

Three figures slipped from the alleyways—

rogues with daggers, fangs, and greedy grins.

“Human boy,” one sneered, “you look expensive.

Someone like you could be sold for—”

Wayne didn’t even let him finish.

In the next second—

THUD

THUD

THUD

Three bodies hit the ground like sacks of grain.

Wayne flicked blood off his blade and whispered:

“No way in hell…

I’m losing to you guys.”

He stepped over their bodies without looking back.

Meanwhile – Inside the Vampire Castle

Tiana arrived at the palace, bowing before the throne.

Queen Alice sat there like a sculpture of blood and ice.

Ruby eyes narrow.

Beautiful.

Terrifying.

Tiana spoke with a slight tremble in her voice:

“lady Alice… I found something interesting.

The boy who defeated your guards.

His name is Wayne.”

Alice stood up slowly, her long red hair flowing like fire.

“So he’s the one who took down MY guards?”

Her voice was soft—

but the entire throne room froze at her tone.

Tiana swallowed hard.

“Yes, my queen.”

Alice’s lips curled into a dangerous, intrigued smile.

“A strong male…

in MY world?

How amusing.”

She turned toward the window, staring into the distant night.

“Let’s see who he really is.”

Her whisper echoed like a promise…

or a threat.

Wayne finally reaches a cheap inn at the edge of the city.

He tosses a few silver coins, gets a tiny room, and drops onto the bed.

His muscles ache from the rogue fight, his mind buzzing with half-answered questions.

Wayne (thinking):

That succubus girl… the queen… dungeons…

What the hell kind of world did I get dropped into?

He closes his eyes, planning to wake up early and lay low.

Sleep hits him harder than expected.

Next Morning — Unknown Room

Wayne’s eyes open slowly.

The mattress is softer.

The blanket feels expensive.

The air smells clean — way too clean for a cheap inn.

He sits up instantly.

Wayne:

“…This ain't the place where I slept.”

He looks around — tall windows, velvet curtains, polished stone floor, symbols of the royal demon crest everywhere

He groans, cracking his knuckles.

Wayne:

“Great.

I got kidnapped in my sleep… because I was tired?

Seriously? I didn’t even wake up?”

A guard standing near the door flinches.

Guard:

“You fought a dozen rogues yesterday, human. Moving you was… difficult. You’re lucky vampire queen Alice said to bring you unharmed.”

Wayne stands, stretching like he doesn’t care.

Wayne:

“So the queen wants me?

Before the guard answers, the heavy doors swing open.

Alice steps in.

Smiling. Confident. Eyes glued to Wayne.

Alice:

“Good morning, boy.

Or should I say… welcome to my castle.”

Her tone suggests she knows more than she’s saying.

She stops a few steps away, arms crossed.

Alice:

“So tell me… who exactly are you?”

Her gaze narrows, cold and analytical.

Alice:

“Normal males here are weak. Decorative.

But you? You took down my guards like they were nothing.

Even the rogues that stalk the capital avoid causing trouble with us… yet you slaughtered them casually.”

She tilts her head, red hair falling over one shoulder.

Alice:

“Why did you come to my city?”

Wayne just shrugs, unfazed by her killing intent.

Wayne:

“ I’m not here to fight ,I am just lost.”

He meets her eyes directly — something no man in this world ever does.

Wayne:

“I’m an adventurer. Wrong place, wrong time.

Just trying to find out how to get back. to my world.”

Alice’s expression twitches for a second.

No fear. No bowing.

This boy is… interesting.

Alice:

“And you thought attacking my guards was the best way to introduce yourself?”

Wayne snorts.

Wayne:

“it wasn't me who started it

I just finished the conversation they started.”

Alice’s lip curls into a faint, dangerous smile.

Alice:

“…A bold tongue for a male.”

She steps closer, stopping right in front of him.

Alice (soft but deadly):

“Last question, boy.

Will you marry me?”

Wayne blinks, confused for the first time since he arrived in this world.

Wayne:

“…marriage? To me?”

Alice doesn’t even flinch. She sits on the edge of the golden throne, legs crossed, chin raised with that same ruthless elegance.

Alice:

“Do not misunderstand

It is a contract marriage.”

She stands and slowly approaches him, her blood-red eyes glowing faintly in the dim castle chamber.

Alice:

“The throne recognizes only a queen with a consort.

Without a partner, certain noble clans will challenge my right to rule.”

She stops in front of him, staring upward despite him being slightly taller.

Alice:

“I needed someone strong like you for that role from very long someone whose power silences any rebellion.”

Wayne folds his arms, still processing.

Wayne:

“And what do I get out of it?”

Alice smiles—cold and confident.

Alice:

“Status.

Protection.

And a promise…”

She steps even closer, her face inches from his.

Alice:

“…to help you return to your world.”

Wayne’s eyes widen just a little.

She extends her hand.

Alice:

“Do we have an agreement?”

Wayne thinks for a moment before finally taking her hand.

Wayne:

“…Fine. I accepted.”

Alice’s expression shifts—just a flicker of satisfaction.

But then she releases his hand and turns, her cape fluttering.

Alice:

“However…”

Her voice drops, sharp as a blade.

“…Before we announce anything, I will see to it whether you have strength or not.”

She glances back at him over her shoulder.

Alice:

“I cannot allow a weak male to stand beside me.

Nor will I let anyone question my choice.”

Wayne smiles, cracking his knuckles.

Wayne:

“try me if you want.

I’m not planning on losing.”

Alice’s smile becomes predatory.

Alice:

“Good. Then prepare yourself, boy…

Because if you fail—

this contract ends before it begins.”

The moment Wayne agrees, Alice doesn’t waste a single breath.

A wave of crimson red aura explodes out of her body—

thick, suffocating, royal, deadly.

The marble floor cracks.

The air vibrates.

Any normal male would’ve collapsed instantly…

most females too.

But Wayne?

He just stands there.

Then—he smiles.

A deep purple aura erupts around him like a storm, sharp and fierce, clashing against her crimson energy. The two auras collide, creating sparks in the air, the curtains in the room whipping violently.

For the first time in centuries, the ruthless vampire queen blinks in surprise.

Then… she smiles.

A slow, dangerous, excited smile.

Alice:

“Well… well.

It seems we are equals.”

She steps forward, her crimson aura curling around his purple like two beasts circling each other.

Alice:

“Interesting.

You’re not just strong…

You’re compatible with me.”

Wayne smiles.

Wayne:

“Guess we match better than you expected.”

Alice’s eyes glow brighter, hunger and curiosity mixing.

Alice:

“Then this test… will be fun.”

Alice doesn’t hesitate.

In the very next heartbeat, she launches herself at Wayne, moving so fast the air tears behind her. A massive blood-red scythe materializes in her hand, forged from pure aura and dripping with killing intent.

Wayne is already ready—

his sword flashes into existence, purple aura swirling around the blade like lightning.

And then—

BOOM!

Their first strike collides, and the entire castle shakes.

Stone pillars crack.

Windows explode into dust.

The throne room floor splits like it’s made of paper.

Alice spins midair, swinging the scythe in a deadly arc.

Alice (grinning):

“Try not to die on me, human!”

Wayne blocks with one arm, his feet sinking into the broken floor, purple aura surging like a storm.

Wayne:

“Same to you.”

They move like two streaks of light—crimson and purple—

crashing through walls, tearing down corridors, even flying outside the castle before smashing back through the roof.

Guards panic, servants flee, the whole capital looks up in shock as shockwaves ripple through the sky.

Strike after strike.

Speed vs. technique.

Ferocity vs. composure.

Minutes turn to hours—or maybe it just feels like that.

Finally, the dust settles.

Both stand on opposite ends of the ruined throne room, breathing slightly heavier, clothes torn, weapons glowing…

but neither kneeling.

An impossible outcome in a world where the Queen has never met an equal.

Alice wipes a trickle of blood from her lip—then laughs softly.

Alice:

“No victor…

Hmph. Interesting.”

Wayne sheaths his sword.

Wayne:

“So? Do I pass your test?”

Alice looks at him, eyes burning with something between respect, curiosity… and something else.

Alice:

“You don’t pass, boy.”

She steps closer, aura fading.

“You exceeded it.”

As their auras fade, the castle begins to repair itself—

cracked walls knitting back together, fallen stones rising into place, shattered pillars reforming.

Ancient vampire architecture.

Self-healing.

Built for the Queen’s destructive lifestyle.

Wayne whistles.

Wayne:

“That's Convenient.”

Alice smirks.

Alice:

“It has to be. I don’t hold back.”

They stand in the half-restored throne room, the air still buzzing from their clash. Alice brushes dust from her dress and looks at him with a calmer, more composed expression.

Alice:

“That succubus girl… she said your name was Wayne.”

Wayne raises an eyebrow.

Wayne:

“So she ran straight to you?

Is she one of your subordinates?”

Alice shrugs lightly.

Alice:

“Tiana? Not exactly.

Succubi don't serve under anyone but she is a little special.

But she… brings me information when she finds something amusing.”

Wayne clicks his tongue.

Wayne:

“Figures. She seemed like the type.”

Before Alice can reply, the heavy doors burst open.

A group of vampire guards rush in—kneeling instantly the moment they see the Queen unharmed. Their faces show confusion and fear as they glance at the half-repaired hall.

Guard Captain:

“Your Majesty, are you safe!? We sensed an enormous surge of power—”

Alice raises a hand, silencing them like cutting air.

Alice:

“I am perfectly safe.”

Her eyes slide toward Wayne.

Alice:

“And so is he.”

The guards stare at Wayne like he’s a monster that shouldn’t exist.

Guard Captain (whispers):

“A… male? Survived the Queen’s aura…?”

Wayne smiles, arms crossed.

Wayne:

“guess that's the normal reaction?”

Alice steps forward, her tone turning cold again.

Alice:

“Leave us. I will announce everything soon.”

The guards bow instantly and retreat, leaving the two alone once more.

Alice turns back to Wayne, her gaze sharp.

Alice:

“Now… where were we?”

Alice folds her arms behind her back, her cape swaying as she walks toward him with queen-like authority.

Alice:

“Since you passed my test…

I hereby appoint you as my private vigilante, serving directly under me.”

Wayne lifts a brow.

Wayne:

“Vigilante?”

Alice:

“You’ll handle threats that I cannot publicly deal with.

And…”

She pauses, looking him dead in the eyes.

“…you will also serve as my contract-based husband.”

Wayne opens his mouth, then closes it.

Wayne:

“…Right. That thing.”

Alice smirks faintly at his expression.

Alice:

“You will have authority. Freedom.

But you will answer to me alone.”

Before Wayne can reply, she snaps her fingers.

Alice:

“A maid will show you to your personal room.”

The door creaks open.

Wayne turns.

His eyes widen slightly.

Standing there… is Tiana.

But now she’s wearing a black maid outfit—short skirt, lace gloves, horns visible, tail swaying behind her.

A mischievous smile plays on her lips.

Tiana:

“My~ my~ Wayne…

Looks like you rose in rank pretty fast.”

Wayne narrows his eyes.

Wayne:

“You’re a maid too?”

She giggles, covering her mouth.

Tiana:

“I never said I wasn’t.

I just… pick jobs that interest me.”

Alice cuts in sharply.

Alice:

“Tiana. Take him to his chambers.”

Tiana bows, but her eyes stay locked on Wayne with playful hunger.

Tiana:

“As you wish, my Queen.”

Then she winks at Wayne.

“Come along, handsome. Your new room is ready.”

Wayne sighs and follows her, feeling Alice’s gaze lingering on his back.

And for the first time…

the Queen’s smile fades just a little.

Something unfamiliar flickers in her eyes.

Possessiveness.

As Wayne and Tiana walk down the long castle corridor, their voices echo lightly:

Tiana laughing softly.

Wayne answering casually.

The two looking almost… familiar.

Alice stands at the entrance of the throne room, watching their backs disappear around the corner.

Her expression shifts—very slightly.

But for a queen as cold and controlled as her, even that “slight” is a lot.

A strange tightness coils in her chest.

Not anger.

Not fear.

Not irritation.

Something far more uncomfortable.

Alice (thinking):

“ she don't have to laugh that much?”

Her eyes narrow.

Alice (thinking):

“And why is he responding so easily…?

He didn’t smile like that once during our fight.”

Her fingers curl unconsciously at her side.

The feeling grows.

Unwanted.

Illogical.

It’s the first time in centuries she’s felt anything like this.

A queen who never cared about a male

now finds herself tense because a succubus is walking too closely beside her contract husband.

She clicks her tongue softly.

Alice (thinking, annoyed):

“Ridiculous. I don’t get ‘tense’.”

But even as she turns away, her eyes flick once more toward the empty hallway where Wayne and Tiana had gone.

For the first time…

the ruthless vampire queen feels something she cannot name

As they walk down the long velvet-carpeted hallway, Tiana keeps swinging her tail happily behind her, humming a tune only she understands.

Then—

she suddenly clings to Wayne’s arm, pressing herself lightly against him.

Wayne freezes.

Wayne:

“H-Hey— what are you doing? Stop clinging to me!”

His face turns red instantly, caught completely off guard.

Tiana laughs, soft and playful.

Tiana:

“Aww, come on~ You’re so stiff.

You’re the Queen’s future consort… but you blush like a kid.”

Wayne pulls his arm back slightly, looking away.

Wayne:

“I’m just not used to people grabbing onto me like that.”

Tiana tilts her head, watching his flustered expression with sparkling eyes.

Tiana:

“I noticed.

That’s why it’s so fun teasing you.”

She leans closer, whispering in his ear.

Tiana:

“You’re cute when you panic.”

Wayne jumps back a step.

Wayne:

“T-Tiana! Cut it out!”

She giggles again, covering her mouth with a gloved hand.

Tiana:

“Hehehe… fine, fine. I’ll behave.

For now.”

Her tail sways side to side like she’s enjoying every moment.
