Introduction
Before you begin diving into this book, you must understand that this wasn't made to be a way to escape or give you hope. This was made to give you the cold, harsh truth of reality in the world we live in today. It is a reflection of not only my life but others' as well, and that one's life is built and determined mostly by looks.
To face reality is to face one's own mind. Remember this because it will play a huge role in understanding the Black Pill and how to ascend.
The world we live in today is built on the belief that appearance is first before anything else. You have to face the facts: if two people were to be interviewed by the same person, who would get the job? The answer is simple: the one who looks better. That's it. Appearance is everything when living in a society like this one.
Whether you love it or hate it. It's the cold truth. Looks is what people notice first because it is what they see first. But the eyes can deceive; just because someone looks good doesn't mean their heart is in the right place. Maybe that person is a manipulator or even an abuser. We'll go more in-depth with this in a later chapter. For now, let's focus on the main point of all of this. Looks determine your life...
As sad as it may seem, it's true. I myself have fallen into this rabbit hole and cannot escape it. The truth is, there is no escape. No amount of hope can get you out of it. Once you've fallen, there is only one way, one method, one thing that is gonna help. The only thing we can do once we've fallen...is to ascend.
Hey! I just read your story and I really liked the way everything is written. It has a lot of depth, emotion, and visual potential that could translate really well into a comic. Some parts especially feel like they would look incredible when illustrated. I wanted to ask if you already have a comic adaptation of it. If not, I’d be glad to connect and explore the idea of converting it into a comic together.
