SEASON TWO
THE LOST TWINS
-Two Years Later-
Peace had lasted longer than anyone expected.
Two full years without invasion. Without cosmic war. Without multiversal fractures. Too quiet. The twins are 15 now, they grew up as handsome boys.
Billy stood alone on the balcony of the Maximoff home, staring at the skyline.
Then
His eyes flashed blue, Not chaos red-blue. His body stiffened. He saw a vision, he wasn’t seeing the city anymore. He was seeing him.
A broken industrial tower. Purple energy pulsing like a corrupted heartbeat. At its center stood Ecliptus. Reality bent subtly around him.
Screens floated in the air, projections of the Maximoff family.
Billy.
Tommy.
Wanda.
Vision.
Ecliptus raised a hand. Time around him stuttered for half a second.
“Still stable,” he murmured.
“But not unbreakable.”
Billy gasped The vision snapped. His glow faded. Then he dropped down on his knees
Tommy appeared beside him instantly.
“hey are you okay, what happened what did you see?.”
Billy nodded slowly.
“I’m fine, H-He’s been watching. Planning.”
Tommy crossed his arms. “Who? How strong?”
Billy exhaled then stood up.
“Ecliptus, Powerful… but not too powerful.”
Tommy smirked slightly. “So we can take him.”
Billy didn’t answer immediately.
“Not like this.”
Hours later.
Billy and tommy were inside their underground lab. Holographic energy readings hovered in the air.
Billy fidgeting, Playing with a cube. Tommy leaned against the table.
Then billy threw the cube across the room “He’s strategic,”
“He doesn’t overpower. He isolates.” He continued
Tommy tilted his head. “So what are we missing?”
Billy stopped pacing.
Silence.
Then
“Uncle Pietro.”
Tommy blinked.
“…That’s not funny.”
Billy didn’t smile.
“I’m serious.”
Billy showed a projection of pietro’s body preserved
Tommy looked at the hologram then straightened. “Billy, that’s dangerous.”
“I’ve evolved, got stronger” Billy shot back.
“I don’t lose control anymore.”
Tommy shook his head. “The last time you brought someone back, you nearly collapsed.”
Billy’s jaw tightened.
“That was two years ago.”
Silence hung between them.
Then Billy said quietly:
“He’s targeting our family, So we make our family stronger.”
Tommy stared at him.
“You really think bringing Mom’s brother back is the move?”
Billy’s eyes softened.
“We have each other, she deserves her twin too.”
That hit.
Tommy sighed.
“…This is insane.”
Billy raised an eyebrow.
Tommy smirked.
“But I’m in.”
Then suit up and get ready.
At Midnight.
The house was quiet.
Billy and Tommy slipped through the hallway carefully.
Almost out.
A voice from the shadows:
“Planning something?”
They froze.
Natasha Romanoff stepped forward from the dark hallway.
Arms crossed.
Expression unreadable.
Tommy groaned. “You’ve gotta be kidding me.”
Billy tried to stay calm.
Natasha studied their faces.
“You’re sneaking out at midnight. Energy readings spiked in your lab. And your eyes were glowing earlier.”
She stepped closer.
“You’re going to do something reckless.”
Tommy muttered, “That depends on your definition of reckless.”
Natasha looked at Billy.
“Who?”
Billy hesitated.
Then said it.
“Pietro.”
Silence.
Natasha’s expression shifted.
Just slightly.
“Wanda’s twin? You found his body?”
Billy nodded.
“saw it, it was preserved. Stabilized.”
Tommy added, “Contingency plan. You know… normal twin stuff.”
Natasha sighed.
“That is the worst explanation I’ve ever heard.”
They expected her to turn around.
Instead she said:
“You’re not doing this alone.”
Tommy blinked. “Wait what?”
Natasha grabbed her red jacket.
“If this goes wrong, I’ll contain it.”
Billy looked at her confused her.
“You won’t tell Mom?”
Natasha shook her head.
“She deserves her twin.”
Billy elbowed tommy, then smirked
“See told you”
Tommy grinned.
“Okay, that was cool.”
Then they go straight into the hidden facility.
Low lights.
A preserved chamber stood at the center.
Inside
Pietro Maximoff.
Still.
Unchanged by time.
“How did he not grow old” natasha asked
Billy replied “he’s immortal, just like mom, never grows old. Had been since HYDRA”
Billy approached slowly. Tommy stood at his side. Natasha watched carefully from behind.
“You sure about this ?” Tommy asked quietly.
Billy nodded.
“I won’t lose control this time.”
He placed his hand on the glass. Red and blue energy began to spiral. Not violent. Focused. Controlled.
The chamber opened. Billy stepped forward.
He closed his eyes. Energy surged outward, Stronger than expected. The room shook. Tommy grabbed onto a railing.
Natasha tensed. He’s eyes glowing blue and red, Billy’s knees buckled slightly. His vision blurred.
Tommy shouted, “Billy!”
But Billy forced himself upright.
“No… I’ve got it…”
The energy compressed instead of exploding. Condensed. Refined.
A final pulse burst outward
Then silence.
Billy nearly collapsed but held it in.
Breathing hard. Standing, the energy faded.
Pietro’s body lay still.
For one long second.
Nothing.
Tommy whispered, “Did it work?”
Then
A sharp inhale.
Pietro’s fingers twitched.
His eyes snapped open.
Silver-blue.
Alive
Pietro’s eyes snapped opened.
For a split second, everything was silent.
Then
Peitro grabbed billy by his collar “WHO ARE YOU?!” He shouted as he sped forward in a silver blur.
Tommy barely dodged. “Okay, yeah, he’s fast. That checks out!”
Billy raised a glowing blue shield just in time as Pietro circled them at lightning speed.
“you better explain now” Pietro snapped.
Tommy tried to grab him but got spun around and shoved into a wall. “Ow okay, he fights first, talks later. Noted.”
Billy didn’t attack.
Instead, he sped to peitro his eyes glowed softly blue.
“Calm down” billy said calmly
Pietro froze mid-step.
He looked into Billy’s eyes.
And he saw her.
Wanda.
The same warmth. The same power.
“…You look like my сестра,” Pietro whispered.
Billy swallowed. “сестра? Your twin. Our mom”
Silence.
Tommy stood up, brushing off his jacket. “Hi... heh.. Surprise i guess. You’re our uncle.”
Pietro blinked. “I died.”
“…Yeah,” Tommy said awkwardly.
“You brought me back?”
Billy nodded slowly. “We need help. Thats why we brought you back because there’s a new threat. His name is Ecliptor. He’s powerful like ultron remember? not unstoppable… but dangerous.”
Pietro stared at him in disbelief. “You’re powerful, kid. How did you know about Ultron?”
Billy looked at tommy because tommy knew Ultron but how? No one knows
Then peitro’s eyes shifted behind them.
He saw her.
Natasha Romanoff.
“natasha…?” he said softly.
Natasha stepped forward, arms crossed but smiling gently. “Long time, speedster.”
Pietro let out a breath. “It’s good to see you.”
Then it hit him.
He looked back at the twins.
“You’re Wanda’s sons. Wait.... WANDA HAS A SON no SONS? i mean TWO?”
They nodded.
“THEN I’m… your uncle?”
Tommy grinned. “Yeah. Try not to embarrass us.”
Pietro laughed in disbelief. “This is insane.”
Natasha glanced at the clock. “It’s almost 7:00 in the morning. If your parents wake up and realize you’re missing, this reunion will be a funeral.”
Tommy widened his eyes. “Yeah, let’s not get grounded for resurrecting family.”
Billy almost collapsed again, but he steadied himself. Pietro caught him instantly.
“You overdid it, didn’t you?” Pietro asked.
“I’m fine,” Billy said, though his voice shook slightly.
Natasha gave him a look. “You’re not doing that alone again.”
Cut
NEXT MORNING
At the Avengers compound, Wanda suddenly stopped mid-step.
Her eyes glowed faintly red.
“Vision?...” she whispered.
Vision turned toward her. “Yes dawliing?.”
Wanda asked
Do you feel that?”
Vision paused for a moment trying to feel what she talking about
“Yeah.... an unfamiliar energy signature. Almost… impossible.”
Doctor Strange appeared through a portal. “Something powerful shifted last night.”
Thor frowned. “I felt thunder without clouds.”
Steve stepped forward. “Okay now, what’s going on?”
Billy and Tommy stood at the entrance.
Billy took a breath.
“Mom…
Wanda’s brows furrowed as she holds billy’s sholder cheaking on him for injuries. “Billy.... Are you okay?
Billy explained
“i saw a vision again, there’s a new threat. His name is Ecliptus. Hes powerful mom. But not unstoppable and i think we can handle him. But we are not enough we need… one more member.”
Wanda replied
“What do you mean?
Tommy looked nervous for once. “please don’t be mad.”
Wanda asked seriously
“Who is it?
Silence...
Then..
A silver streak flashed past everyone.
Wind blew through the room.
And a familiar voice echoed behind them.
“Miss me?”
Wanda froze.
Slowly, she turned.
Pietro stood there.
Alive.
Smiling.
“…Wanda?”
Her breath hitched.
For a moment, she couldn’t move.
Then her eyes filled with tears.
“Pietro?” she whispered
He smiled softly. “Hey, сестра. What you just gonna stand there?”
Wanda ran acrossed the room instantly, then wrapped her arms slowly around him tears streaming down her face.
The entire compound went silent.
Tommy whispered to Billy, “Okay… worth the possible grounding.”
Billy nodded quietly, watching his mom hold her brother again.
Vision stepped forward, processing. “This is… unexpected.”
Natasha leaned casually against the wall. “You’re welcome.”
Steve blinked. “You knew?”
Natasha shrugged. “ ehh...they had good intentions.”
Strange gave Billy a look. “Resurrection magic isn’t a casual hobby.”
Billy straightened. “I know. I calculated the energy cost, and voila.”
Strange narrowed his eyes… then nodded slightly. “You did it correctly.”
Thor walked up to Pietro and clapped him on the back hard enough to shake the room. “The warrior returns!”
Pietro laughed. “Still dramatic, I see.” his accent still in the words he speak
Tony crossed his arms. “Okay, I left you kids alone for five minutes and you bring back family members now?”
Tommy grinned. “You’re welcome?”
Bucky muttered, “This team is never normal.”
Wanda pulled back slightly, holding Pietro’s face like she needed proof he was real.
“You’re really here,” she whispered.
“I’m here,” he replied tears streaming down his face slowly.
Billy stepped forward quietly. “I’m sorry mom i promise we’ll explain everything. But right now we need him.”
Wanda looked at her sons.
Not angry.
Just emotional.
“You risked yourselves.”
Tommy rubbed the back of his neck. “Technically yes. But also technically worth it.”
Pietro placed a hand on both boys’ shoulders.
“You brought me back,” he said softly. “I don’t know how. I don’t know if I deserve it. But if there’s a threat coming for this family…”
His eyes sparked with silver lightning.
“…he’s going to regret it.”
Thor grinned, then laughed. “Now that is the spirit!”
Strange looked serious. “If Ecliptus senses this level of power gathering…”
Billy’s eyes glowed faint blue again.
“He already knows.”
Dark energy pulsed.
A shadowed figure watched.
Silver lightning crackled faintly in the distance.
Season 2 has officially begun.
