Summary

She never meant to stay. He never meant to let her go. As buried secrets begin to surface and trust becomes harder to give than bullets, Hazel Reeves finds herself caught between the life she's planned and the people she's never meant to need. And sometimes the hardest thing to outrun... is yourself. But the river doesn't care who survives. The winter doesn't care who waits. Cory Reid knows what it means to lose people without warning. He just didn't expect it to happen to the one person he was sure he'd never lose. But then again, Hazel had always had a knack for running from hope. And the road ahead still does not give them a choice. Because the dead are changing. The living are lying. And the hardest thing to survive... might be staying. I never read books that are not complete, but I read Gravewalk in two days, and now I need to know what’s going to happen. I will admit that I’m not looking forward to how this Reid situation is going to work out 😬 . I can’t imagine Cory believing her when or if she explains the situation. This is a shitshow.

I just finished your story, and I wanted to say you did an incredible job. Your writing paints such clear images that it almost feels like every scene is unfolding right in front of me. The characters are memorable, and the emotions come across so naturally. It has a style that feels very visual without even trying, and that made the reading experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to reading more from you!

Biva: Quite good for a novella. Impressive writing style and we'll edited. Just one thing- Karla keeps referring herself to a stray cat and while at first it makes sense the analogy gets stale after a while.
