"Epic story told in the author's version of an old world Scottish tongue. It is not something we are used to in the modern world, but I think it gives the story charm and a feel that indicates traveling to the different centuries of our brave characters. The story is rich in imagery and details. I really enjoyed every chapter and can't wait for more."

"I have quite enjoyed reading this story and feel that most fantasy lovers will like this one, too. While it does have some editing issues the author needs to deal with, I have thoroughly appreciated the character development, the fleshing out of the plot, and the humor. I'd love to give editing this one a go myself as I could see this story doing very well as an independently published novel on Amazon were it consistently edited. I think you are doing a fantastic job and I can't wait to read the next chapter (I am on 26), but also don't want the story to end. Alas, my now 7 year-old daughter's birthday party and the ginormous brownie fudge sundae I downed after also eating pizza, has completely sunk me for reading tonight, so I will have to concoct a plan to institute an extended reading period into our homeschool day tomorrow...thank goodness for a 90% chance of rain!
