CHAPTER 1: THE RECLAMATION OF THE COCKY
The summer air in Oakhaven didnāt just hang; it fermented. It was thick with the scent of overripe jasmine and the sharp, ammonia-tang of the āTemple Wash.ā Jax and Miller coasted their heavy motorcycles into the village square, the roar of their engines feeling like a sacrilege in the eerie, sun-drenched silence. They were big men, built of gristle and ego, dressed in scuffed leather and carrying the heavy-handed confidence of those who believe they are the apex predators.
āPlace looks like a goddamn dollhouse,ā Miller spat, kicking his kickstand down. āYou sure the kid is here?ā
āTrackingās solid,ā Jax grunted, his eyes scanning the picturesque cottages. āBut where the hell are all the men?ā
The answer didnāt come in words. It came in a rhythmic, wet splashing sound from the center of the square, where a massive stone fountaināa statue of a weeping goddessāstood.
Standing on the edge of the fountainās basin was Leo. But it wasnāt the Leo they remembered. He was naked, his skin bronzed and glistening with a fine sheen of oil. Around his neck was a heavy iron collar, polished to a mirror finish. He was surrounded by a dozen village girls, none older than twenty, their sundresses hiked up to their waists.
āLeo?ā Jax called out, his voice wavering between confusion and disgust.
Leo didnāt look up. He was currently serving as a human drainage system. Two girls were standing over him, their legs spread wide, the amber streams of their āblessingsā splashing over his chest and into his open mouth. He swallowed with a mechanical, desperate greed, his throat working in a rhythmic gulp that showed he was no longer a person, but a receptacle.
āWhat the fuck is this?!ā Miller roared, stepping forward.
Suddenly, the āAuntsā emerged from the shadows of the surrounding porches. Esther and Elena led the way, their presence radiating a cold, maternal authority. Behind them stood Chloe, holding a heavy, black leather strap-on in her hands like a scepter.
āWelcome, travelers,ā Esther purred, her eyes raking over Jaxās broad shoulders with a predatory hunger. āYouāre just in time for the Afternoon Emptying.ā
Before Jax could reach for the holster at his hip, the village girls swarmed. They moved with a terrifying, synchronized speed, their small hands surprisingly strong. Jax and Miller were tackled, not with violence, but with a crushing weight of bodies.
āGet off me, you bitches!ā Jax screamed, but his cry was cut short as Esther stepped over him. She didnāt use a weapon; she simply delivered a precision kick to his testicles with her heavy, wooden-soled clog.
THUD.
Jaxās breath left him in a single, agonizing wheeze. He collapsed into the dirt, his vision swimming. Miller fared no better; he was pinned to the ground, his pants being ripped away by a group of girls who were giggling as they began to āmarkā his leather-clad legs with their own hot, stinging spray.
āLeo,ā Elena commanded. āShow your brothers what happens to those who enter the Shrine without an invitation.ā
Leo hopped down from the fountain, his movements fluid and mindless. He walked toward Jax, who was still clutching his groin in the dirt. Leoās face was vacant, his eyes reflecting only the blue of the sky and the will of his masters.
āLeo, itās me! Jax!ā
Leo didnāt respond. He knelt over Jaxās face, his own bladder full from the girlsā āgifts.ā He didnāt hesitate. With a low, guttural groan, he unleashed a hot, golden torrent directly into Jaxās eyes and mouth, drowning his pleas in a salt-stinging flood.
āGood boy,ā Chloe whispered, stepping forward and dropping the heavy double-dildo onto Jaxās chest. She looked at the two new ārescuersā with a wicked, predatory grin. āWe were worried Leo was getting lonely. But I think you two are going to be much more... durable.ā
She turned to the Council of Aunts. āShall we start with the sounding, or should we go straight to the bridge?ā
āThe bridge,ā Seraphineās voice drifted from the balcony of the Temple. āI want them connected to Leo. I want to see the āChaosā leave their eyes as the āCorruptionā enters their blood.ā
The girls began to drag Jax and Miller toward the Temple, their boots scuffing in the dirt as the rhythmicsmack-crackof Estherās paddle began to provide the tempo for their new life. The rescue was over. The Breeding Ground was open for business.
