Chapter 1 - life of sofia
There was once a little girl called Sofia who lived on earth. She lived in a small town called Avonla.
Since her childhood, there was always something or someone, protecting her from the harm of the world. While she slept,in her dreams there was someone in the form of a goddess that would talk with her about the magical power and the mystical world. she slept in her dreams.
As she grew older. Her life became busier with school and one day on her 18th birthday, in her dream. She saw a woman calling her name and said “ my sweet child you don’t belong in this world you were brought here to protect you from the evils of the world but now time has come and soon a fairy will come to take you from earth to another place from which you will realise everything about your life”.
Sofia had a lot of questions in her mind that she wanted to ask, but before she could ask, her alarm went off. Then her adopted Mother came in and surprised her with birthday cakes and told Sofia to get ready for school.
After getting ready for school, she was walking to school when she saw a pond which was glowing. As she Approach the pond and touch the water, a fairy came out through the pond and told her that .” hi Sofia ,my name is Emily and I was sent here by our principal ma’am Elora. My mission here is to bring you back to our school starlight Academy of fairies. you were placed on earth for safety but now time has come to bring you back to school and learn how to control your powers”.
Sofia was shocked with what she was hearing and doubted herself whether it was true or not. She thought to herself how can I be a fairy I am just a normal girl living on earth. But then she thought about the dreams that she had and about her childhood experiences. Then she thought that it might be true and said to Emily that she would agree to go to the starlight Academy of fairies only if her parents agree.
Then Emily and Sofia both went back to her parents house and she talked about everything that has happened to her and her parents agreed to make her go to Starlight Academy of fairies and her parents told Sofia that “ we knew you were a special kid before we adopted you, we saw you in a park, surrounded by a strong storm. At first we thought you were in danger but it seems though as if the storm was protecting you”. As her parents agreed. Sofia went to the starlight Academy of fairies.
Sofia was both excited and nervous when she first stepped into the grounds of the school. She met many new friends and her roommates introduce themselves
-“ first ,my name is Ivy and I have a power of the nature.
-Second, my name is Sylvie and I have the power of ice. -
-Third, my name is Ember and I have the power of fire. And
-lastly, my name is Emily and I have the power of illusion”.
-Sofia introduce herself and said hi my name is Sofia and I currently do not know what my power is and my purpose here is to find out my power and how to control it. Sofia thought that her friends and she should have a friend group name.
Everyone else thought of ideas like the fairies or the beauty queens as a joke but finally Sofia thought of the wisdom and everyone else agreed with it and from that day their group was called wisdom. While they were enjoying themselves, their principal, Madam Elora said to them to sleep early as they have their first class tomorrow.
They all woke up and got ready for classes. They ate their breakfast and went to their classroom.
Their professor madam Willow told them to turn the pumpkin into a dress using the spell from the spell book. So,who would like to try first? Ivy said she wanted to try first and said the spell “ Ves-Tee-Man-Tah Koo - Kur-Bee-Tah “ and the pumpkin turned into a beautiful floral dress. The professor complimented Ivy and suggested Sofia to try it . When Sofia tried and said the spell “ Ves-Tee-Man-Tah Koo - Kur-Bee-Tah “ the pumpkin, burst all over the place instead of turning into a beautiful dress.
She was extremely disappointed. She became angry at herself for not even correctly completing a small spell. With all of the emotion mixed inside her head, suddenly strong wind began to blow.
Emily and the others were outside and since the weather change, Emily decided to check on Sofia and went to their room. When she saw in their balcony levitating, her eyes were glowing and strong wind was surrounding her. She ran out their room and went to the principals office and told her everything see saw.
The principal soon came and using her powers she gently woke sofia up. She was confused with what happened, but the principal told her friends to not say anything about the things that happen. So her friends told Sofia that she just fainted. She thought nothing of it and so moved on.
