Rock Heavy Metal Gonzalez leaned into her heavy-duty boom mic, her dark eyes locked onto the glowing lens of the webcam. Behind her, the basement wall was plastered with soundproofing foam and vintage concert flyers. Beside her desk, the electric paper shredder hummed rhythmically, swallowing up another batch of unopened legal threats.

“What is up, my absolute menace family? Welcome back to the Buzz Off Boyz Podcast,” Rock’s voice boomed—a gravelly, energetic mix of pure grit and zero filter. “I’m your host, Rock Heavy Metal, coming to you live, uncensored, and completely unbothered from subterranean headquarters!”

She slapped the desk, sending a rattle through her cold coffee mug.
