New world, new strange shit

Marcus yawned, stretching his arms out onto the soft blankets. The cold air of the AC hugged the bed and gave it a nice, chilly feel. He reached down to grab the blanket and pull it up to his neck, ready to snuggle up and get some more shuteye in. The alarm hadn't gone off yet. He was sure he had plenty of time.

Wait, where was his blanket? Why the hell was it so cold?!

His eyes snapped open as he shot up into a sitting position. A terrible wind howled in his ear as snow pelted his form. He shut his eyes again, arms raised as he tried to block the snow from assaulting his face.

"What the fuck?!" He screamed, stumbling as he tried to stand up. His feet sank into the snow, throwing him off balance and making him face-plant into the cold, soft ground. He sputtered, his head jerking up as he spat out blobs of snow.

He got onto one knee, his arms hovering near his face as his head snapped from side to side. Snow covered everything around him, with an intense blizzard blanketing the area. There was no snowstorm forecasted for today, let alone a fucking blizzard! And why the fuck was he outside?!

Marcus got up again, this time making sure he didn't fall. He had absolutely no clue how he got outside, but getting caught up in a storm like this was deadly. He had to find shelter. Where the hell was his house?

His eyes scanned the area, his vision surprisingly penetrating deep into the howling storm. He noticed a faint silhouette of a structure up ahead and sprang into action, his legs carrying him through the deep snow with no difficulty.

The structure became more visible as he approached, revealing its true nature. A towering wooden gate loomed over him, flanked by towering rock walls on either side. He paused for a second, staring at the gate in bewilderment. The biting winds of the storm snapped him out of his trance, and he quickly made his way to the gate.

His hand desperately searched for a handle, eventually finding it near the center of the giant door. Without a second thought, he gripped it with both hands and pulled.

Wooden splinters flew everywhere as the gate practically exploded, the handle deforming under pressure. All Marcus could do was stand there, staring straight ahead at a road leading deep into a town. He looked down at the deformed handle, baffled.

The gate's destruction seemed to have escaped the notice of anyone nearby, drowned out by the howling of the blizzard. He swallowed hard and hastily headed into the town.

Luckily, the buildings seemed to lessen the severity of the storm. Everything was closed, with signs displaying clear 'Xs' adorning most places he assumed were stores. Everything seemed... old. The cobblestone road and the architecture of the houses... It looked like something out of a medieval European town.

'What is this place? Where the fuck am I?' Marcus wondered, his gaze lingering on some old, worn-down buildings.

Snow continued to fall on him as he searched for any open buildings. Strangely, he didn't feel as cold as he should. Hell, none of this made sense. Was he dreaming? Did someone slip him some drugs?

Everything felt real. The crunch of snow beneath Marcus' feet, the whisps of cold air that came out with every breath, even the swaying of the... tail behind him?

He abruptly halted, his head slowly pivoting to catch sight of the long tail swinging of its own accord. His eyes followed the brown appendage, trailing down its length until it vanished into a tiny spot at the base of his spine.

Instinctively, the tail froze with him, his sudden and stunned stop reflecting on the appendage.

"...Is that what I think it is?" Marcus mutters, his tone incredulous. He reached out to grab it, briefly hesitating. He grabbed the tail very carefully, his hands almost hovering over it.

When there was no pain, he ran his thumb over its surface. It was fuzzy, exactly like what Marcus would expect a monkey tail to feel. He let go of the tail and took a deep breath.

"One thing at a time," he murmured as he focused back on the road, his mind now distracted by the additional limb that swayed behind him. He forced it to stop moving, slowly wrapping it around his waist like he'd seen so many times before.

'I guess that might explain the gate,' he thought as he wandered the streets. Not only had he woken up in the middle of a damn blizzard and was now strolling through a town straight out of a movie set, but he had a Saiyan tail too?

What the hell was happening?

Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted lights shining through the windows of a two-story building down a road to his right. A sign hung above the door depicting a wolf carrying a knife in its mouth. Without a second thought, Marcus made a beeline for the building. Finally, some people!

He very gently opened the door, trying his best not to obliterate it like the last one. As he entered, he took a nice, deep breath as he felt the fresh, warm air of the interior wash over him.

"Hel-..." He went to say, only for the words to die in his mouth. Several pairs of non-human eyes turned to look at him.

The best word he could use to describe them were... Bipedal wolves. Big, mean-looking bipedal wolves. All were dressed in some form of clothing and made up a small chunk of the few people currently in the building, which he quickly assumed was a bar or tavern, going by all the drinks behind the counter.

The rest of the people were normal enough, but he swore he could see a pair of cat ears on one of them. All the patrons were on the older side, with only the barkeeper seeming relatively younger.

At least, that's what Marcus thought. The bartender was one of the big-ass wolf-dudes that was looking at him.

Before he could begin processing the additional curve ball thrown at him, the bartender spoke up, his gruff voice snapping Marcus out of his musing.

"You alright there, friend?" The wolf grunted as he set down a freshly polished mug. Marcus stood there for a second, feeling very self-conscious with all the staring he was getting.

Thankfully, everyone seemed to lose interest and returned to nursing their drinks and huddling closer to the people next to them. Even through the thick walls, the cold was still seeping in.

"Y-yeah, uh... " Marcus dumbly stumbled, still mentally flash-banged by the wolf people. He shook his head and stood taller, brushing some of the snow off his shoulders.

"Just... trying to get away from the storm," he replied, finally finding his voice. Marcus distanced himself from the door, sitting on one of the barstools lining the counter. The wolf-man nodded.

"You and half the town, partner," he replied, picking up another mug. He glanced at Marcus, a curious spark in his eye.

"Say, I haven't seen you 'round before. You from a town nearby? The name's Garth, by the way," the now-identified Garth asked. Marcus stared at his hands intensely, flexing his fingers.

"Guess you could say that," he mumbled. Marcus looked up, letting his hands rest on the wooden surface of the counter.

"Sorry, uh... my name's Marcus," Marcus added. His hand twitched as he seemed to stare off into the distance for a second. Garth raised an eyebrow.

"You okay there? You look like you've seen a ghost," Garth remarked as he set down the glass he was cleaning. Marcus snapped out of it, nodding.

"Yeah, sure. Just had a weird day," he replied, glancing toward the door.

"Sorry for being rude. I just... Need some time to think," Marcus added. Garth nodded, seeming to understand what he meant.

"I'll leave ya to it. Just ask if you want a drink, it's on the house," the wolf-man offered before he picked up his rag and got back to cleaning out mugs.

Marcus twiddled his thumbs, his mind racing a thousand miles a minute. What was happening? Why was this happening? He tried to recall what he did yesterday before he went to sleep. Did he take something? He wasn't on medication and he doesn't usually drink on weekdays-

Marcus hadn't been on a shroom trip before, but there was no way everything was this real. Everyone always said that a shroom trip, bad or not, usually involved a lot of existential and trippy shit. The wood underneath his fingers, the idle chatter of the other patrons, the gentle wiping sound of Garth as he cleaned his mugs...

Not to mention the tail tightening around his waist. That was the icing on the cake. His eyes followed up his arms, following their new muscular structure. He's never been ripped before, mostly just lean, athletic. Now? Now he resembled a damn bodybuilder.

'Guess I shouldn't expect anything less from a Saiyan,' Marcus mused. He closed and opened his hands, almost feeling the power under his skin. It was like millions of tiny little ants dancing in his hands, waiting to burst forth. He clenched his fist, forcing the feeling down. The last thing he wanted to do was accidentally blow up the town.

Or the planet.

How strong was he? Was all that power he felt the equivalent of a firecracker or a supernova?

Fuck, what a mess.

Marcus was dragged out of his own thoughts by the sound of the door swinging open, the sound of the blizzard rushing into the room. When he glanced back, everyone had turned to look at a figure leaning against the door.

The figure- a woman, panted heavily. Her cloak whipped against her frame, the wind threatening to blow her hood off. Marcus was about to dismiss her as just someone coping to seek shelter, but her sharp voice grabbed his attention again.

"H-help..." She wheezed, her voice strained. Marcus could barely hear her over the storm.

"Help, anyone, t-they... I need help, please!" She pleaded, her eyes scanning the room desperately. Marcus was on his feet in a second, silently glad to have something else to focus on. He heard Garth follow closely behind after a few moments.

The woman begins to sway, her balance getting worse. Marcus was there just in time to catch her and prevented her from hitting the floor. He crouched, gently laying her on the floor. Her hood falls away, revealing messy pink hair and a pair of... Cat ears? Marcus refocused. That was the least surprising thing that's happened in the past ten minutes. Blood trickled from the back of her head, coating his hand.

Garth kneeled down beside her, his apron now in his hands as he pressed it against her wound. The woman looked up, her eyes unfocused. She groaned, her mouth moving but her words were incoherent.

"She has a nasty head wound. Try and get her to talk while I clean this up," Garth muttered, straight to business.

"Hey, what's your name? Mine's Marcus. What happened?" Marcus asked, his eyes glancing out toward the outside. "Can you understand me?"

The woman's eyes stilled for a second before she focused on his face, her face scrunched up in pain.

"Cai... Caitriss," she whimpered, "I... we were..."

"Easy now, you took quite the blow to the head. "Let's get you up and onto a seat, okay?" Garth spoke up, tying up the makeshift bandage around her forehead. Cait nodded, her movement sluggish. Marcus and Garth gently helped her up, sitting her in one of the nearby chairs.

Cait seemed to recollect herself enough after a few seconds to respond to further questions. After some minutes of trying, she manages a coherent response.

"We were ambushed outside of town," she spoke, her eyes nervously glancing toward the now-closed door, "Men outside the gates jumped our wagon... I didn't have any time to react before they were on us."

Cait's ears flattened against her head, her hands shaking. "T-they took my sister! I thought we had managed to get away, but one of them knocked me out with a club. Next thing I now, I woke up face-first in the snow and my s-sister was gone. They took her!"

She fought back a sob as she sniffed, looking between the two men next to her.

"I have to back out there, I can't leave her alone with those men!" She said, her blue eyes shining with tears. Garth quickly spoke up.

"You can't go out there by yourself with that wound, lass. They could still be around. I'd go with you, but my leg only lets me walk a dozen paces on a good way..." Grath trails off. Cait turns to Marcus, a desperate look in her eyes.

Marcus hesitated for a second. Was he really about to go and potentially fight a bunch of dudes in the middle of a blizzard?

Ah, fuck it.

"Let's get a move on, they couldn't have gotten far," he said as he extended a hand to Cait. Her eyes widened, and a beaming smile formed on her face.

"Thank you! Let's go, follow me!" she sprung to her feet, her earlier dizziness momentarily forgotten.

"I can't fight that well, but I do know some magic. Once I get my staff, I can heal us up if anything happens," she added as she turned to look at him. She faltered a bit in her step but rightened herself before Marcus could offer aid. Marcus nodded, walking toward the door.

"We should hurry. I'd rather not be outside for too long," Marcus responded. The last thing he wanted to get was frostbite. Well, could he even get frostbite? He hadn't really felt that cold while he stumbled to the tavern.

'gonna just chalk it up to being a Saiyan,' he thought, dismissing the concern. If the cold did mess him up, Cait could probably heal him. Right?

Before either of them could make their way outside, Garth stepped up. He held out a cloak and small shortsword -barely bigger than Marcus' forearm- over to him.

"Here, I figured you could use these. Always keep somethin' in-case I gotta go outside during bad weather." He held out the cloak, which Marcus eagerly took. He didn't want to test out his earlier hypothesis.

Along with the cloak, Garth also held out the wrapped-up short sword.

"Wouldn't want ya to go out there unarmed," he added. Marcus gingerly took the weapon. Would this even be useful? After what he did to the gate, he doubted he'd need a sword. Still, he didn't want to seem rude. And who knows, it could come in handy.

"It was my wife's. Kept it around just in case. It'll do a better job in your hands than sitting around gathering dust," he finished. Marcus nodded, unfurling the short sword from its enclosure and setting the cloth aside.

"Thanks, man. We'll be back in a bit," Marcus glanced over at Cait and gestured toward the door. "Come on, we don't have much time to lose."

Cait nodded and followed outside into the treacherous storm.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The storm seemed to have gotten even worse.

Marcus squinted his eyes as they stepped through the east gates, his cloak fluttering wildly. In the distance, he could see trees torn asunder by the gale-force winds.

"The wagon's not far from here," Cait shouted, her voice barely audible. She struggles against the wind, the snow reaching just shy of her knees. Marcus follows her, letting her lead the way.

"You guys were riding a wagon in this weather?!" Marcus yelled.

"We were caught in the middle!" Cait hollered back, her footsteps following the faintest outline of a road. "It was either head to town or get buried under the snow!"

Marcus didn't respond. His eyes continued to scan the area up ahead, trying to spot Cait's wagon. They walked for a couple more minutes, the visibility deteriorating with each passing second.

"Over there!" Cait shouted. She picked up the pace, stumbling her way over to an overturned wagon. The thing was in ruins, the damage no doubt exacerbated by the extreme weather. Boxes are everywhere, spilling out their contents onto the road.

"Calla?!" Cait screamed out but received no response. She cursed, looking around the cart for clues or signs of her missing sister. Nothing. With a shake of her head, she leaned over into the tipped cart and retries a long, curve-tipped staff with a radiant crimson gemstone on its tip.

She muttered something and waved the staff, its gem beginning to glow. The wound on the back of her head disappeared as if it was never there.

Cait turned to Marcus, a determined expression on her face.

"We have to go find her. Those men... They must have come from that area," she waved her staff toward a rocky hill. At the peak, an old, medieval-looking castle rested.

"We can follow the footprints. They can't have gone far!" Cait said, sounding more like a reassurance to herself. Without any input from Marcus, she took off running toward the hill.

Marcus held back a sigh as he took after her, quickly catching up.

In the back of his mind, he kept wishing to wake up back in his comfy bed, away from all this crazy bullshit.

'Then again, if I'm a Saiyan...' His own inner thoughts trailed off. He couldn't deny the itch of excitement that came over him, briefly drowning out all the built-up dread.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

They were ambushed shortly after starting their trek toward the ruins. A pair of figures in dark clothes stood between them and the narrow pass up the hill.

"Intruders!" one of them shouts, brandishing his knife.

"The night of the Ritual is upon us! Bow low and give praise to our dark lady - you tread on sacred ground!" The other adds, a scowl forming on their barely visible visage.

Cait growls, twirling her staff and leveling it at the closest figure.

"Where's Calla?! Give me back my sister!" She yelled.

Marcus looked between the two, his mind racing. He was half-tempted to just rush in and punch the two, but he had no clue how to use ki. He glanced at the short sword in his hand, briefly entertaining the idea of using the weapon.

'...Nah, fuck that.'

Marcus took a deep breath to try and steady his nerves amidst the tension-filled air. The cold wind howled above them, and the snowflakes continued to fall, creating an ethereal backdrop. He closed his eyes, focusing on the energy brustling within him.

He pictured it as a massive flowing river, ready to burst through a dam at any moment. Very carefully, he opened the floodgates, letting a bit of the water seep out.

Marcus felt a tingling sensation spread from his core to his extremities. It invigorated him, almost like he had opened his eyes for the first time. Any trace of the cold was washed away in an instant, his skin gaining a very slight shine to it. His hair swayed ever-so-slightly against the wind, defying the harsh environment.

Cait looked startled, glancing at him with wide eyes. Her grip on her staff loosened a tiny amount as she stepped back.

"Wait, what are-" She tried to say, but Marcus was too focused on the cultists to pay attention.

Time slowed down. The snowflakes' descent slowed to a crawl, almost like they were suspended mid-air. Marcus lifted a hand, watching as his movement parted the particles in the air.

"...Fucking cool," he said out loud, unable to withhold his excitement. He tested out his new speed by punching and kicking the air a couple of times. Every one of his actions was beyond Superhuman. He could track his own movements, but to everyone else, he might as well have just disappeared.

Still, he should probably focus on saving Cait's sister, then he could explore his new abilities. With a cocky smirk, he sprang into action.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"-doing...?" Cait trailed off as she watched Marcus disappear. She barely had time to turn her head before she heard two thwacks ring out, followed by the thuds of two bodies falling to the ground. Her head snapped over to the two cultists, only to find them lying face-first on the snow with Marcus standing over them. He glanced between the two, a sheepish look on his face.

"Oh, hope I didn't kill them," he muttered as he looked back up at Cait.

"How did you- What... What was that?" Cait asked, a sense of awe coloring her features. Before Marcus could think of a good answer, she shook her head and began to walk, which then turned into a jog.

"No time, you can explain later. We gotta go!" She shouted. Marcus sighed in relief and ran after her, the mysterious aura around him dissipating as he matched her pace.

The two followed the passage up the hill, taking sharp turns and squeezing through narrow walls. Eventually, both of them are stopped by a sharp feminine cry. Marcus wasted no time in sprinting out into the open, skitting to a stop in the middle of a clearing.

The sight that greeted him was something he was not expecting.

A woman -wolfwoman- was leaning against the mountainside, her clothes pushed aside with her backside at full display. Her tail was raised, her eyes casting a glare over his shoulder.

"Come on, limp dick, what are you waiting for, your knot to grow in?" She barked.

A man behind her adjusted his pants, reaching for his manhood while a third person - another woman - ran her hands over him. Faint traces of blue light followed her fingers, leaving behind shining lines going up and down the man's thighs and crotch area. With each touch, his dick throbbed and dripped cum onto the stone below.

Marcus wanted to throw up.

"Hey! Leave her alone!" Cait shouted, raising her staff.

The furry woman stood up straight, a wicked grin forming on her lips. She grabbed onto a knife and a battered old shield next to her, raising them up.

"Aw, leave me alone! Did you hear her?" She jabbed the sides of her two comrades as if what Cait had just said was some big inside joke. She thrust her bare chest out at Marcus and Cait as her tongue ran over her lips. The two other cultists follow suit, raising their own weapons.

"I've been draining his balls all night! I've taken so much of his seed in every hole that our witch had to break open our potion cache just to get him hard again. The Mistress provides!" She spread her arms wide as her grin grew.

"Isn't she the tainted one?" One of the cultists asked, glancing toward Cait. "Tollus said she was impure..."

"Don't talk as if you're any better," The man snorted as he stuffed himself back into his robes. "You've taken as many cocks as there's days in a yearly calendar," he shot back. The woman rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, you're right. We should-"

'Okay, that's enough of that.'

Marcus blurred, his form disappearing from view once again. The lupine woman's eyes widened as she ducked just in time for a punch to sail past her head. Beside her, her two companions dropped to the ground unconscious.

"What the-" She tried to scream, only for a knee to hit her in the side of the head, granting her the same fate as her pals.

Marcus stood over them, a look of disgust on his face. What kind of fucking cult were they running here? Now they really needed to find Calla. God knows what they could be doing to her.

"Let's go, Cait," he called out to the cat-woman as he sprinted down the path. Cait followed after him. She briefly spared a glance at the three downed cultists, her mind racing. She had so many questions for Marcus, but they could wait. They had to wait.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The path led up the hill straight to a set of double doors. The wind up here was so intense it threatened to take Cait off her feet. Two gargoyles adorned the structure overhead, looking down at the two of them with a menacing, hollow glare.

Through the set of doors, the sounds of chanting reached their ears. It came accompanied by the sound of a woman's cries. Cait raced toward the door, putting all her weight into pushing it open.

"That's Calla!" Cait heaved, all the running catching up to her. "We're in time! Help me get this door open!"

Marcus very carefully helped Cait push the doors aside. The last thing he wanted was to blow them up again and shower Cait in dozens of wooden shards. The entrance gave way to a vast chamber that might have once held some sort of royalty. Time hadn't been kind to this place. The ceiling had caved in, revealing a dark, blood-red moon that hung in the sky.

The room was populated by a dozen black-robed figures standing around a circle, their arms raced. They faced the center of the chamber toward a wide marble altar.

On the altar was a naked, barely conscious cat girl. Her wrists were tied behind her back as her chest heaved in exertion. Marcus assumed that was Calla, given her uncanny resemblance to Cait. A man stood above her, a bladed staff in one hand and a vial in the other. Some sort of pink liquid dripped out of his and Calla's mouths.

The man raised his hands toward the heavens and began shouting. "My dark lady, we give this offering with lust and passion unbound! Her purity, her heart and soul, are yours! Come, take them, and show us your blessing!"

A swirling purple portal emerged on the altar, growing until it was the size of a car. The entire room was illuminated in its brilliant colors, casting away the murky atmosphere. Marcus paused just as he was about to spring into action. His eyes locked onto the portal, his mind swirling.

'Wait... That's a portal. Did something they do bring me here? Could that get me back home?' he wondered. Still, he wasn't about to let them sacrifice an innocent woman.

"Yo!" Marcus shouted as he stepped up, his ki slowly leaking out and enveloping his form.

"Welcome, welcome indeed," he greets them, his smile revealing a bald head adorned with intricate runic tattoos.

"I was informed of the possibility of... unexpected guests joining us tonight. I am Master Tollus, a humble high priest presiding over this sacred offering. Please, be seated, my dear siblings, for the ritual is nearing its culmination!"

"Give me back my sister!" Cait screamed, her fists tightly balled.

"Ah ah," Master Tollus waved his finger, "No interrupting. Our dark lady would be most displeased. Unfortunately, you'd make an... Inadequate replacement for your dear sister over here. You're welcome to watch the proceedings!"

The man's gaze wandered over to Marcus, his brow furrowing in confusion.

"You... What is that power around you?" Master Tollus asked, eyebrows raised. He glanced at one of the cultists, gesturing at them.

"Let the girl go, or you'll going to find out," Marcus shouted back, "You're in luck, 'cause that portal up there's piqued my interest. So if you kindly hand her over, I won't knock your lights out and possibly give you brain damage."

Marcus smirked, ever-growing confidence bubbling up.

"You'll come to find that I won't be so easily taken down by the likes of you, mysterious magic or not," Tollus frowned, lifting up his staff. If he hadn't been taking Cait seriously, then Marcus definitely changed his mind. His staff began to glow an eerie white.

"Suit yourself," Marcus replied.

Without wasting another moment, Marcus shot forward with lightning speed, his ki fueling his movements. He closed the distance between himself and Tollus in an instant, launching a punch straight to the gut of the wizard.

Tollus gasped as he bent over from the punch. Marcus, on the other hand, was surprised. He expected that to knock him out... Maybe he held back a bit too much.

He went to attack again, but Tollus' staff emitted a sudden flash of immensely bright light. Marcus instinctively shielded his eyes, temporarily blinded by the sudden burst of brightness.

"Argh! Son of a-" Marcus cursed, his shooting up to cover his eyes. Cait didn't fare any better, with a shriek erupting from her mouth as she dropped her staff.

'Dammit, fuck!' Marcus blinked as he desperately tried to restore his vision. After a few agonizing seconds, his sight slowly cleared, but his heart sank as he spotted one of the cultists throwing Calla into the portal.

"Too late!" Tollus grinned, his eyes dilated and squinting as he tries to stagger to his feet.

Marcus was about to give the guy a piece of his mind, only to be interrupted as a shockwave erupted from the portal. It sent everything around him flying, bricks and rocks shooting off in all directions. Marcus braced himself, his arms held in an 'X' shape in front of him. He called upon more ki, his body tensing as power coursed through him.

As the shockwave faded some cultists stumbled onto their feet and ran for the entrance. Tollus was no exception. He had been thrown close to the exit and wasted no time in getting to his feet and stumbling away.

"T-to the warpstone, you numbskulls!" He shouted, his voice lanced with pain as he picked up the pace, a noticeable limp in his stride.

Marcus was about to give chase, only for the groan of Cait to catch his attention. He quickly jogs over to her and helps her up, her arms wrapping around his shoulders for support.

Her staff glows, and most of her wounds disappear. Her eyes dart around the room in desperation.

"Ca- Calla? Where's Calla?" She stutters. Marcus grimaced, his gaze wandering over to the altar.

Cait didn't wait for his response. With surprising strength, she wrestled her way out of his grasp and raced toward the altar, where the portal still stood tall.

She practically jumped into the portal only to be sent hurling back, almost as if she had hit a stone wall. Marcus caught her, his body softening the blow.

"Shit... You okay?" He asked, his eyes focused on her.

Tears streamed down her cheeks as she pushed herself off of him, her legs carrying her over to the swirling portal. This time, she just slammed her fists into the invisible forcefield, audibly sobbing.

"C-Calla! Come back! P-please!" She screamed, but nothing answered.

Marcus glanced over his shoulder at the retreating cultists, but he shook his head and kneeled down beside Cait, a hand resting on her shoulder.

His mind swirled with regret and anger. If only he had just punched that prick a little harder...

Marcus spent some time comforting Cait, but in the end, she decided to head back to the town, dejected. He looked back at the portal, then at his hand.

'...Crazy theory, but... What if I just punched it really hard?' He thought, clenching and unclenching his fist. He had a practical sea of ki to call upon. How hard could this be? Super Buu ripped a whole in dimensions, right? All he had to do was be as strong as Super Buu.

...Which was a ridiculous assumption. Marcus had no idea how strong he was. For all he knew, he could be comparable to Goku before Raditz. Enough power to raise a continent or blow up a moon, but a far cry from tearing up holes in space-time.

His musing was interrupted by a shining light. The portal had begun to grow bigger, much bigger. Before he could move, it flared up and sent a wave of energy radiating through the room.

Marcus, having let his hold on his ki go, had little time to brace himself before the energy sent him hurling back against the wall. He grimaced, feeling dozens of small pieces of debris pelting his hide. Saiyan body or not, that shit hurt without ki.

He wasted no time in summoning his ki again. He stood up with a grunt, hand braced against the wall while the other was held out in front of him.

The portal soon began to fade until it winked out of existence. A lone figure stood among the rubble, its imposing frame reaching well past seven feet. A wave of... Something washed over Marcus, sending a tingling sensation down his spine. Much to his dismay, a boner began to pop underneath his shorts.

'Really?!' he mentally groaned.

His attention was immediately drawn back to the figure as it stepped out of the shadows, revealing itself to him. Marcus' eyes widened, his hand slowly lowering so he could get a better look at the thing in front of him.

"Oh, you're a tough one, aren't you?" It taunted, its hooves clicking against the broken stone. Marcus could barely focus on its voice, his eyes drawn to its other features.

It was red. A deep crimson red covered its entire body. Four big,muscular-looking wings protruded from its back, casting a wide shadow over the area. Black hair -which was parted by two blood-red horns- cascaded down its back, reaching almost to her waist. It reminded him briefly of a dragon. Or a demon. A long tail swayed behind it, adding to the comparison.

Of course, all of that paled in comparison to its other assets. Two absolutely massive tits rested on her chest, each easily the size of his head. Its nipples were nearly bitch black, almost resembling a black hole. Milk leaked from its nipples with each step, making Marcus want to gag.

And he didn't even want to get started on the fucking massive horse-cock that was dangling in between its legs.

"...What the fuck are you?" Marcus finally said, his voice deadpan.

"What?" the creature echoes, pausing. It- she looked confused for a second before she recomposed herself.

"I'm no what, human," she cooed as her eyes traced Marcus' form. Her brows furrowed for a second, her hands folding across her impossibly-large chest.

"What strange energy... I don't believe I've felt such energy before, and that's saying something," she giggled, her hand coming up to her mouth as she briefly closed her eyes.

"My name is Kasyrra, little human. And you... You're an interesting one. Strong, too," she purred, slowly closing the distance between them. Marcus clenched his hands, his back pressed against the wall. No way was he about to let this freaky thing anywhere near him.

"Back off, you fucking Archville. I'm not going to warn you again," he threatened as he pulled in more ki. Kasyrra didn't seem to notice the growing power within him as she gave him another smirk, her hands on her hips.

"Or else what? You're going to hit me?" she taunted, waving her finger as she took another step.

Marcus pulled even more ki, causing a swirling aura to burst from his body. The hill itself shook with his power as his aura climbed, almost reaching the ceiling. Kasyrra's eyes widened as she took a step back, her wings drooping slightly.

"Wait, what the-" She tried to say, but her words were cut short. Marcus surged forward in a flash of movement, burying his fist into the demon's stomach.

Her eyes bulged for a second as her body bent around the bunch. The walls of the temple trembled as she shot off into the distance, leaving a demon-shaped hole in the far right wall. The clouds behind her parted, shearing a path north.

Marcus breathed out a sigh, letting his ki drop. The aura around him dissipated, retreating back into his body. His face scrunched up as he looked at his arm in disgust.

"Eugh, I think that things dick touched my arm," he shook his arm and looked away, his nose wrinkled.

Well, he better get back to the town. He had no idea if his punch killed the demon, but it couldn't hurt to warn them.

With a brief glance back at the hole left behind by Kassyra he walked out of the temple, back to Hawkthorne.
