Chapter 1
From the beginning of time, another was made from man, and she was woman. From then on, this creation lived among us. But the question remains: what is a woman?
A woman is a being of utmost beauty, one who breathes life into all that she does. Although every woman is unique in her own way, they share a common strength-the ability to accomplish what they set their minds to with grace and elegance.
I don't believe women are appreciated enough, and when I say people, I mean both men and women. As men, we must learn to respect women more-not to see them as objects or as something to take advantage of, but to admire their differences without turning those differences into something personal or degrading.
Women, too, must learn to appreciate the beauty within themselves. The God-given image they carry should not be reduced to a sexual display, but cherished and honored with love and respect.
How amazing is God, to create something so beautifully and wonderfully made-so distinct from men, yet neither less nor more superior. Women are a brilliant creation, yet many do not see their own potential beyond what the world has painted them to be. Women should be seen and heard not for what they can offer or provide, but simply as people.
Do not allow the ways of the world, or the ways of men, to destroy who you are-not just as a person, but who you are called to be. Do not change your identity to fit what the world demands. You are more than what you think you are.
It is hard to see sometimes. Many hide it; some show it. But love yourself. Do not allow what you did not know or did not have to limit what you can do now, or what you can become in time.
Do not let the weight of the world push you into being or doing things that do not add to your value, but instead take away from it.
Let us learn to cherish and understand feminine beauty and difference. Let women hold themselves to a standard that allows them to see what lies within each and every one of them on this God-given earth.
Men, edify yourselves. hold yourselves accountable to Appreciate and love women-not seeing them as less or more superior, but as perfectly made by the hands of God. Educate yourselves beyond what you were taught, and learn to value the difference women carry within themselves.
Your gender does not complete you. What completes you is what shapes and transforms you-your body, mind, and soul.
The real question is: what is shaping yours?
