The words that come from your mouth
The mind is a powerful thing so is our heart between the two we experience the feelings and thoughts that make us have these great emotions. How powerful emotions can be that can cause us to cry, laugh, angry, jealous, and more. What makes it so we can no longer hold these emotions in to the point that we must let them out. The emotions dictate how we deliever these words as well or do they? Is it the hurt from the past or remembering what else has been botjeeing us that boils up in the mind rhen we just let it all come out. Love can fester it can lay dorment and people can shut it down until that rigjt person comes along and the emotions start flowing. You get butterflies, start sweating, nervous, and even studder trying to find the right words. The mind and the heart work together so it is no wonder it is at points we wanna cut our heart out and give it to the one we love. Then again once we are with them they can make it so we wanna bash our heads against a wall because they drive us crazy. Maybe they drive us crazy with the thoughts of all things you wanna ask them and what makes them tick. It is the thing that i continue to try and figure out which ones are worth putting my energy and strength into. I truly fee the more time we spend looking are the bad things the more bad things that will come out of us. More anger, more hate, more fear of accepting our past or having to face the past to move forward. That is what makes the future so scary is that we might not get the forgivess we desire, the reward, or grace that we need to move on. Some people do not have it in them but I dont like that wording because everyone has these options. It is a conscious decision because the thought has to enter the mind because if you are hurt by the words of others or actions. That is what happens to anyone it is the human anatomy that we process everything in and around us. If it directly impacts us is the question whether it be our metal stabilty, our enviroment, and much more that can leave a lasting impact. How does all this add up to the words we use they have a lasting impact to those around us and even on us. The words we speak mean more than we realize in that space and time the only thing important to us is how we feel and how can we get those feelings across. So how do we learn some of the words we use some being from hearing it from our parents, friends, families, televison, radio, and so on but how we receive them and the context is also how we learn to deliver these words because the emotin behind it. I feel that curse words are not the bad part it is how and when we use them obviously there are ones we shouldnt use at all. Lets go through a couple of examples say your car doesn’t start in the morning you can get mad and fustrated use some choice words like “this damn car is a piece of crap always breaking down why the hell did I buy this pile of junk.” Or you could accept the fact that it a machine and over time the break down so instead you could say “ well you have 180,000 miles on ya and cant run forever time to figure out how to get you back running.” Simple easy so I say right especially if you are going to be late for work or a job interview anything that disrupts your day. That car doesn’t have fellings it has no brain so to say even though it has a computer it camt decide whether or not to make you mad. The more we speak words of anger, hate, frustration, and fear the more it manifest in our lives. In reality we are only making it worse by speaking these things even to ourselves lets say you forgot the car keys again. Here is an example “ What a stupid idiot i am can’t remember anything always forgeting everything I am such a retard.” Instead it could look loke this “ here i go again forgetting the keys again that should be the first thing in my pocket we i put my pants on.” Those words can make all the difference same thing if you get into an argument but its the heat of the moment. It only takes a second though to stop yourself from saying the words that you cant take back or put them back into your mind. Make sure the words that come out of your mouth count it takes effort to complete a sentence but it takes less effort to think it through. Just remember the words dont control us we control the words and how we use them we have to put an initial thought into what we will say. So we must train ourselves to read some better words, listen to the words that matter, and make the words count that we say. The mind is more powerful than most care to find out and when people say expand the mind i dont take it as using drugs. You can expand it by taking in more information, learning new things, and even metting new people. We must not limit ourselves to the preconceived notion that all we know now is all we will ever know. The body may stop growing but there is always ways to grow your vocabulary and your thoughts dont limit yourself. Take control of yoi thoughts because they dont have to be expressed into words all the time. Write down your thoughts express your feelings different ways and let the words matter.
