Chapter 1
It was really quite unbelievable, when you think about it. For someone whose romantic life had led to a healthy bit of skepticism, to be told the first time you met someone that they were sitting across from a werewolf...and for that date to actually lead somewhere (a lot of ‘somewheres’) was well beyond far-fetched.
But that first date had led to love, to tragedy, and to the revelation that the world of werewolves was real, and every bit as wondrous and dangerous as the movies and the books had led Meredith to believe.
This is a love story, and, like all love stories do, this one started with a first date.
