Prince Adam is approached by the Sorceress who informs him that he has a twin sister, Adora, who was kidnapped by an evil man known as Hordak who took her to another realm known as Etheria and just as he was destined for the Sword of Power to become He-Man. Adora is destined for the Sword of Protection, in order for her to become She-Ra, a legacy that she's always was meant for. However, as Adam takes the two sowrds with him to Ethreia, through a portal that the Soresses opned for him to step into. He and Cringer become trapped and fall into a pit, along witht he swords. The Sword of Power falls into the pit along with the Sword of Protection, which vanishes in order to save itself. It appears in the web in which Adam is caught in and it is within his reach, he has no choice but to use it and call upon the power of Grayskull in order to save himself from being eaten alive by a giant spider. But the incantation does not work. The Sorceress suddenly communicates with Adam through his mind as she instructs him to say: "For the honour of Grayskull." instead. He does, but in doing so he becomes transformed into She-Ra, but he's a man with hulking muscles wearing a white skirted leotard, a tiara and a cape.
