I never thought life would be so impossible without u , a girl was talking to a person in the photo frame between her continuously flowing tears

we r soon going to become parents of a small cute no cutest baby girl so letme enjoy this two months as ur only ur hubby (playing with her hair) then i don’t know hw much time (caressing her face)i will be able to get coz i wll always play with her only and if i get some time then only we can have some talks or else(make puppy face)

Anika stood with her eyes down like a kid standing when her mistake has been discovered
Pinky: oh my maata Anika puttar thats nt good for ur health u should not eat so much of ice cream if u want i wll make some sweet for u

Pinky: ok baccha u take rest here when the sweet wll be prepared i wll call u downstairs ok

Shivaay went to take bath and Anika sitting on her bed but suddenly she started having pain in her stomach she wanted to call Shivaay but was nt able to scream and she barely managed to stand up from bed but could not and lose her consciousness and fell on the bed .
After 15 mins when Shivaay came out from bath he saw her laying on the bed unconscious and ran to her and started calling her but she didn’t responded so he called everyone in the room
Om: Bhabhi ko kya hua Shivaay ? ru ambulance ko call kar
Ru: haan abhi karta hoon, somu mera phone dena
IN THE HOSPITAL
Shivaay : doctor Anika , how is she is she out of danger???
Doctor: Mr. oberoi Ur wife is alright but we could nt save ur child
Shivaay broke down
Om & Ru went to him running but it was too late Shivaay was broken apart he crried he cried a lot
Doctor: bring this medicines from the chemist
IN ANIKA’S WARD
Shivaay came inside and Anika was unconscious
Shivaay cried his heart out to her : he took out a pocket diary and wrote: Anika i m sorry i could not take care of u due to my irresponsible nature i made u lose our child
if i was with u all the time i could have taken care of but i was not there when u needed me the most i m sorry Anika
i have no right to be with u so i m leaving

Om: ru u stay with bhabhi i wll go to find Shivaay i have to stop him take care of bhabhi and call somya & gauri and inform them
Ru: o that’s ok u go fast and don’t let him go far away
