Poetry of real quality

"How rare it is to read a collection of poems which combine great technical skill, emotional integrity and a subtle but tight structure. This is very original work. I congratulate the author on a fine achievement."

"Am amazing piece of work as always from Sarah. It cut me into my soul bringing up nostalgia from my own life and the emotions that I felt at those times. "

Short and Sweet

"I thoroughly enjoyed these collection of poems and their imagery! However, the way the poems are set up is confusing at first, but generally easy to figure out after a poem or two. There were also some very minor technical errors, but these issues shouldn't detract from how well the poems are written overall. Again, the imagery is fantastic! One of the most memorable quote in the book is this: "A house will never be a home." Now that's a one-liner I'd love to tack on my wall if I'm given the chance. Also, if I had to pick a favorite poem in the book, it would be "Desire Mountain," which I think is haunting in its simplicity. I would definitely recommend this book to those who enjoy poetry without wanting to delve too deep into uncovering some deeper meaning. I believe poems like these are meant to produce raw emotion and enjoyed for what they are at face value, and not to be dissected like some poor frog in a Biology class (or, rather, dissected with colored pens and dull highlighters in a tedious English class)."

Quality Poetry

"Great poetry!! I didn't have a lot of time on my hands, so I decided to read the first chapter of a few books at random. Yours was the first I chose, and I'm happy that it was! Your writing style is really strong within your words, and there were little to no punctuation errors in the text. Fantastic job! -Alexia Whitelock"

Flush: Red light. green light

"The sentiment in this collection of poetry rings true. The poet's voice is unique in respect of style and substance. I especially liked the poem which included the bachelor's numbers. I think every woman who has been single and dating can relate to at least one of these scenarios and, yet, the scenarios each seem unique to the poet's experience. I really enjoyed it!"
