Great Read

"A nice short collection of creepy short stories/poems which I finished in one sitting, because they were so captivating. This author has a really nice writing style which flows so smoothly. The vivid use of description in the stories especially had be gripping the edge of my seat. All in all, this was a fantastic read and I'd definitely recommend reading some of this if you're a horror fan or want something short to read :)"

Riveting

"I discovered this book yesterday, and immediately upon finishing I wanted to reach out to the author and congratulate them. This was an amazing read. I think the poems were a nice touch to break up the flow of the short stories. This author did a terrific job of compacting the emotional intricacies of a novel into the size of a short story, which is no easy task. I also loved the variety of stories. All-in-all, I'm very impressed. "

Creative

"The book is comprised of a handful of short stories and a couple of horror inspired poems. I would like to have seen the poems break apart each story. As if an entree for the next meals (short story). Quickly covering the poetry I found them oddly satisfying and catchy with its rhythmic rhyming. They were the appropriate length and served their purpose in conveying the message the Author was trying to tell the reader. The short stories were effective, particularly the ones that stood out was the student with insomnia, the tale about a visitor being fed to rats, the convict swimming with sharks, and dejavu. Those three stood out to me personally and found them utterly fascinating in a dreadful way. A few of the other stories were effective but the dialogue (from my opinion a least) did not captivate me. like the other three did. I am sure you have many more short stories coming to this work of yours and I look forward to reading more of them. Great work Author, keep the horror coming! Cheers!"
