"That is the first word that came into my mind when I read this story. It is absolutely amazing. The author completely captures the personalities of the Marauder's in a way that makes them believable and relatable. The style is incredible, and Maya's character is lovable and fits in well with the Marauder dynamic, making it almost canon that little Midnight was real. I loved this story from beginning to end, with it's ending leaving an impressionable mark that haunted me long past I finished it. Incredible writing, well done. And thank you so much for sharing this story."

"I found this story absolutely incredible. I have made it my mission to read every Harry Potter fandom on Inkitt and I have to say this is one of my absolute favorites. The plot kept me captivated the whole read. I could not get enough of the characters and read for hours on end. I have read this story three times over and it blows my mind away all the while. I love how it perfectly ties in to J.K. Rowling's Harry Potters while using much of the information given obtaining to the marauders while also creating an entirely new story. This story successfully kept me on my toes and quite honestly had me in tears. Both because of the events that take place and the fact that is was over. It's just to bad seven novels did not come from this story as well."

"This is one of the best pre-Potter stories I have ever read. I read it in two days. I couldn't get enough and I needed to know what was going to happen next. The introduction of Maya Night, the 5th unofficial/official Marauder was a graceful and interesting. She was the perfect fit into our beloved Marauders and you showed that seamlessly. Maya, truly is one of those characters that the reader falls in love with instantly. It was funny, thrilling, exciting, touching, heartfelt and sincere. The interpersonal relationships of the characters were perfectly executed. The insertion of excerpts from the Harry Potter series was ingenious and well chosen. Each excerpt highlighted the chapter or section of chapter perfectly. This story was masterly written, with only a few word and grammatical errors. I would recommend this story to any and ally Harry Potter fans who love the Marauders. Maya Night is one of the most well-written original characters ever added to the wizarding world of Harry Potter and I thank you for creating her and sharing her with the world."

"this story had me laughing several times, and i loved your character Maya, it was definitely something that kept me interested throughout, i especially liked the way you were able to introduce another magical creature and not change the dynamic of everything, usually when someone does something like this, they make the character too OP but you did it perfectly"
