"I'm not sure what I thought I was about to read but I was sury captivated by the characters of Grinda and Mock. The author does a great job in their character growth and building up their love story. It beautifully written and draws you in every chapter! Ridiculously happy there is an entire series for this book and highly recommend everyone to follow the journey of Grinda and Mock."

A huge accomplishment is for a writer to grasp the reader's attention and keep them up, which is what happened with me. The author did a great job. It could use a heavy edit, but that didn't deter me at all from reading this extraordinary story. It's definitely worth a read. "

"This was a great book. The general concept seemed a bit tired at first. The kidnapper/slave love story is all over the place, but this was done very well, and there was an actual plot line that was more than adult scenes and stereotypes. The author created a world and cultures and beliefs beautifully and all of the romance could have been taken out of the book and you'd still have a story there. There was detail and build up without being too drawn out and long winded. I did notice that in the beginning Mock was stinky with yellow teeth and bad breath and dry, scaly lips but by the time they were a thing she was always talking about his soft lips. But I guess that could be attributed to his drinking less ale and more water and keeping himself cleaner. It also could have been perception change as she began to fall in love. I feel like if it was a perception change it could have been brought out gradually to show her change of heart, but this is minor nitpicking. It really was a great book with a great story written by an author with great writing style and technical writing ability."

"The story is intriguing canning compelling very absorbing and fascinating from beginning to end, the book is definitely different from what I was used to reading and it was well worth reading.. Mock and Grinda were meant for each other lord knows they've earned it and it didnt take long for Grinda to fall in love with him if you looked up Bravery in the dictionary you'd see Mock written beside it he's taught Grinda his way of life, the dos and the don'ts, she was already more than what she was zhe alao became fierce in her own right after all, she carrying a very special child inside her I loved how the story begins it gets the reader ready for something spectacular and believe me i know because I've read lots of Great Books and this is one of those Books.. CONGRATULATIONS to you Author for writing and sharing your beautiful gift, never stop writing✌🏽"
