??? POV
I was cleaning my messed up room when suddenly gentle knocks was heard coming from the door. I went to open it to see that it was one of the servants in this palace. She then came in and told me to go to the throne room.
Servant: “Young majesty, your mother has called you to go to the throne room.”
???: “Can I ask why?”
Servant: “She wants to talk to you, young majesty.”
???: “Ok, tell her I’ll be coming in a minute.”
I smiled at her and she bowed politely and left.
I was heading to the throne room, but stopped on my steps when I saw some unfamiliar cars through the main entrance that was open. I was curious to know who would come at this time of the day.
‘Is someone here, or did we buy new cars?’ I asked to myself.
I then went to one of the servant who was cleaning and polishing the place. I then went to asked her.
???: “Um, excuse me. Who’s car is out there at this time?”
Servant: “Your highness has invited some people over, young master.”
???: “Why are they here for? Do you know why?”
Servant: “I’m sorry, young majesty, but I don’t know. My apologies.”
???: “It’s okay. By the way it’s almost dinner, you can go and help the others.”
She bowed and went towards the kitchen.
When I was close to the door to the throne room, the guards open the door widely for me to enter. I went inside and saw my cousins, and some other girls, caked with makeup. I then looked up to my mother, seeing her smile at me warmly. But instead of smiling back, I kept a straight face, looking back at her.
I then firmly asked.
???: “Why are they here, Mother? Especially those disgusting girls."
Mother: “Don’t talk to them like that, Jimin! One of them might become your wife one day and rule this kingdom with you.”
Jimin: “My wife?" I scoffed.
Jimin: "You call one of them my wife? They don’t deserve to be called my wife."
I saw it written on her face that she was surprise by my strong comeback.
I then look at my cousins with a confused face. Then I heard one of them asked out loudly.
???: “What are we doing here, your highness?”
Mother: “I am arranging you all into a marriage with one of these girls, Jungkook. Aren’t they just beautiful?"
She said and smiled at us, then looking at the other girls, admiring their beauty.
We all took a glance at them and shivered in disgust.
I looked back at my mother.
Jimin: “I am not marrying any of them! I’m going to leave this house if I do!”
Mother: “You are not going anywhere, Jimin! GUARDS, LOCK HIM IN HIS ROOM, AND DON'T LET HIM GO ANYWHERE!
