Chapter I

Dad's uncle looked like me before he died and he died in a strange manner. He died without his soul and he did not know who and what he had been.

"We are going to kill your family then we are going to rape you. When all that is finished we will reap the benefits."

Threats and more. There appeared to be nothing but.

Hell.

"I did not know you felt like that."

I was not speaking to that woman as she was gloating at me as if her toothless mouth which had seen dark days looked. She appeared to be part of the whole deal. I was not much in the beginning but the thing was it has gone too far.

"You flaunted our rules and laws so must be dismissed punished and told to lay an egg."

What did it matter now? The passing of the years has not been kind. The repast has left me in pain.

"My people are not my people?"

"That is right."

Social whirl and courting of the hapless victim. Wine and dine then let them get lost in decay and madness.

"Well, what are you doing here still Dad?"

"I am here because I am going to punish you." He said in his not flustered mood. He was busy with something else and in the meantime he was trouble.

I thought that is wrong that is not right.

I am here and I am there and there is now nothing for me. I love the world. The whole wide world and the trees and the sand on the beach and the whole seascape but what is there now?

Ashen and lonely woman.

I lost my soul. My soulmate has become someone else. I am a lost soul. In the depths of the thoughts that tarry too long, it is as if the steam train leaves without me.

"Washed out a cow."

"Bargain at twenty pounds."

A merry-go dance with the devil of a chance and then what does it matter when the devil speaks through the woods and the skies and the elephant's tooth? She did not pretend anymore. No one was pretending.

She did not speak. Shut the door and kept herself and her furniture to herself. She was not sharing anything she earned the stuff. What did you expect from her? You will not have anything in here. She told me. I have made it harmful. It is going to kill you.

She peed on the stuff to make sure.

The lies and the deceits came to be found. They were not even decent. Something had gone wrong with the whole relationship. I did not hurry towards it but did not now change the whole thing. It mattered less to us. Separate we would never be a family again.

The mother and her family were former prostitutes and had led lives without thoughts or work ethics. When something goes wrong they believe in breaking ties with the whole thing. The world is lost without happiness. What does it matter? Because it is all about the good times. which matters to honest people.

"We did not mean to harm anyone."

"We never did it better than when we acted we are good actors in a scene made by the will and want."

Who is in their right mind?

The mother suffers from depression.

"We are now needy."

"You gave us hell confusion and lust which we could have done without."

Shudder to think what that was about.

"But we did well?"

Shut it.

Mother looked at me hurt. She was no longer harmless she appeared to know nothing and sat down in her seat knitting. Mother is a bad knitter.

When a man loses total dignity as if he has slipped away outside of the normal. When a man dies like that. The wife soon follows.

What did it make Mother his wife who stood calmly and said nothing? Abdul kicked him and made his life a misery.

Why did I speak nothing? I thought about doing something anything. Murder is like hunting a beast when the beast does not die the kill is more and more important. I am now the hunted beast.

But could not stop the flow. I did not stoop so low as to condone such behavior.

Enough coffee into cups and spitting as he went along.

He did not care. Then she did not care. As if they went from struggling smartly into being limp and disabled all their souls spent. As if they gave up their lives for the causes that they believed in.

They all drank their lives away. Lived that and broken spent and then ditched.

All that but he drank the coffee anyway. The woman was not his wife.

"Where did my wife get to?"

"Bonkers."

"Not her."

"You."

His dislike of me. No wife nothing made sense to him. His whole life was one of strife with himself. Failed attempt his dad said and his wife whom he did not notice until he had her killed.

Fidel said as he said and he said again.

He always said he did not belong with us with the family now. We did not get on. We did nothing but fight.

Blood flowed.

“Hello, Dad would you like something?” I would say.

“Coffee and then go away.” I would answer my own question. Then would give him to drink his coffee and then would say, “I have to go back to study.”

Nursing costs and time costs life cost. You deserve nothing.

"You only spend the money on mere trifles."

"Who knows what one spends one money on?"

"You cannot do anything without our say-so."

My daughter is going to get the lot." Hissed daddy the intelligent.

Abdul picked Fidel up violently. The expression on Fidel's face was one of pure gloating. He was absolutely smug.

Dad is the other one. As if the whole deal had been spent as if the whole life force was continuing on. It is something wrong I thought but was too busy to interfere.

Dad must be doing something to irritate him. I thought.

Human misery in the ward was complete and complex but at home it was deadly. Because underneath all that the humans changed clothes and did as they wished.

Did they know that things were coming to a head for all of u
