Your writing is always so nuanced and it makes my heart wrench, or beat faster depending on the plot. I loved your introduction - with the boarding house, and Damon being Damon as per usual. It was really comforting to read this as well as intriguing. You expertly slow the story down when you want us to pay attention to details. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for writing this."
