Summary

The City of New Orleans is ground zero is this thrilling action adventure story! The Russian Mafia plans to release a mutating nano virus, "The Destroyer." Engineered to kill plants, the nano virus only needs a trigger to kill America's food crops. And the trigger is a single drop of water! An unlikely band of heroes are "binding" together to battle the Russians, including a 5,000 year old Starman and his companion, a wisecracking magical, telepathic cat. They are joined by the last Voodoo Queen in New Orleans, Mama Mindy, along with savvy New Orleans street people. A motley crew of former Louisiana Cajuns that are military veterans join the "binding" from a place in Louisiana they call "The End of the World".
