Prologue
Dear diary,
I ran away from him. I ran away from there. I could not bring myself to look at him laying in that thing. I couldn't. I don't care what other people think. The only thing I cared was what he thought about me. Now he's not there. He left me. He left me in this world alone, by myself.
I gathered up the courage to go and see him today. Bid him goodbye. See him for the last time. This time with a proper goodbye.
But I couldn't.
Seeing everyone there dressed in black. His mother crying. And everyone giving me pitying looks. I felt nauseous. To the point where I couldn't bear it anymore. Still, I went forward to give the obituary. The bulk rising in my stomach. My throat clenching up. My hands shaking, and the only sound coming out my mouth, emptiness. I couldn't do it. A proper goodbye.
I came home running. Locking myself in my room I cried for hours. The aching pain in my chest reducing it's way to the point where all I felt was numb. I feel numb. The only feeling I feel right now is of him.
Only him.
