Chapter 1
A friend of an acquaintance asked to rent a room because he was filming a movie. The man didn’t seem too interested. The assistant director who came to negotiate the rental of the room bowed his head many times so the man couldn’t refuse him. The assistant director promised to return the room as it was before they rented it and gave the man his contact information. After the shooting, the assistant director promised to call the man. They said the shoot wouldn’t take long.
The man wandered the train station to kill time but there wasn’t anything to do. The man sat in a place where he wouldn’t stand out in the shopping street and observed the people passing by.
There was no phone call. After half a day, the man couldn’t wait any longer and called them himself. The assistant director irritated and had an arrogant attitude that changed from the time of the negotiations because there were still some shooting left. The man asked when the shooting will finish. The assistant director answered him angrily saying he will contact him and hung up the phone.
The man was hurt by the rough language, walked to the next station to calm down. After walking around the north and south sides of the station, he returned to the nearest station again.
The assistant director finally contacted him when the man was pouring his fourth cup of tea at a family restaurant. It was late at night past 1 o’clock. The man hurried back, the room looked as if everything had been stolen. The furniture was knocked over and scattered all over the place. The floor and walls were splattered with a black, sticky, unidentified liquid. The windows were cracked and the ceiling lights were gone. The promise to return to the current state was completely ignored.
The man called the assistant director with anger, but couldn’t get through even after repeated calls. The man tried to guess what movie was filmed in this room. It was a complete waste.
